Our tour to Hiroshima and Miyajima was wonderful, despite the rain! Emiko-San was very caring and accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient, but not pushy. She even taught our grandson how to make a paper crane, and presented the boys with crane gifts. I would highly recommend her, and this tour.

Our guide Miyuki was super knowledgeable and accommodating, we took trains, a tram, a bus, and ferry all in one visit. She’s a local to Hiroshima so had great knowledge and experience, so polite and friendly as well. Definitely would book this again and with her - she was the best!

My review on TripAdvisor We had an amazing day in Hiroshima with Minori. From the early contact about meeting place until the farewell with detailed instructions on how to find our way home on the Shinkansen, Minori was outstanding. Minori was a wonderful, and thoughtful guide. She was very caring and patient and answered all of our questions about not only Hiroshima but about living in Japan. I would definitely recommend this tour and Minori as a tour guide.

Mickie was a great tour guide… took into consideration some of our groups limitations throughout the day. We took the ferry to Mijajima to explore and then back to explore Hiroshima museum and peace park. We could have used a little more time in Hiroshima.

What a wonderful guide Toshi is! Perfect English speaking. We very much enjoyed his company. Toshi was excellent in showing and explaining the key facts of what he took us to see. Having experienced 40 years of tours across various countries and cities, we regard Toshi as the finest guide we have been blessed to have had. Indeed, he went over and beyond what is expected: I had a severe rash on my arms and legs and asked Toshi if he could help in any way. He did more than that, in taking me to a clinic and to a specialist dermatology doctor to examine me and provide much needed prescriptions! Toshi acted as a translator ( the Japanese doctor not being an English speaker). Toshi was a super hero in these circumstances! A brilliant, knowledgeable, caring, and truly helpful guide ! Thank you so much! 5* rating! Mark and Lorna (from UK) in Hiroshima on 21/05/2026.

Our guide was wonderful and she showed us and shared with us so much about Hiroshima. She was on time and returned us on time for our return trip to Tokyo that evening. We both felt that this was an important experience.

It is an excellent tour, the guide is very well-prepared and has great knowledge of both places; the time in the museum is short, it is recommended to negotiate if you want more time in the museum and less for lunch.

Eri, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and chose a great restaurant for us to have lunch at which made the whole day very memorable. Would recommend this tour to those who would like specialised attention.

My husband and I had an amazing day on a private tour with Yuka. Yuka was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and smart. On Miyajima she had reserved a lunch for us at a Okonomiyaki restaurant that was delicious. The island was beautiful. The afternoon spent in the Hiroshima Memorial Museum and park was incredibly moving and Yuma’s knowledge made it even more meaningful We highly recommend this tour
