3.00It wasn't clear to me that there wouldn't be a person or a desk to check in with. The harbor master said lots of people show up at his office based on the apps map of starting location abd he has no knowledge whatsoever of the company ... inside the pier shops are other tour desks who have never heard of this company. We spent half an hour stumbling around, going to the Visor Information desk downtown who knew nothing either ... then got within like sto #3 and the audio started playing off the app on my phone.

5.00What a great way to see Bar Harbor without costing an arm and a leg! The tour was very easy to navigate and by downloading the program ahead of time, you didn't need to worry about WiFi. We were able to go at our own pace, taking breaks to sit a bit, run into a store and even stop to get a snack/drink. The information at each of the tour stops was concise and no more than 3 minutes each.
