Long drive to Kwai (3hrs) so a long day out but well worth it. Museums were dated but some excellent artifacts. Lunch was excellent and in a great location overlooking the river. We opted for the 1hr train journey when ended by crossing the famous bridge. Also visited two war cemetaries that were immaculately kept by the War Graves Commision. Very sobering to see age at which so many lives ended. Most were in their early 20's.

Full of history, somber but also very beautiful place. A beautiful place for all the lost souls to finally rest. Lest We Forget
