An Otherwise Informative Tour Undermined by Tip Solicitation

3.00While the tour was historically focused, it was excessively long and overly detailed, which made it less engaging for us. What was particularly off-putting, however, was the guide’s decision to request a tip at the very start of the tour. The manner in which this was done—including the tone, wording, and the explicit mention of specific dollar amounts he expected—felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. For these reasons, this is not a tour we would recommend.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour qith Brecht. He brought history alive to a person who has limited knowledge to the place. The duration of the tour was just right and it didnt feel too long. Highly recommend the tour to everyone.
