We start here with an introduction about the history of Bruges and the role the city played as a trading hub in medieval times. We also go deeper into the troublesome relationship between the city of Bruges and the French king.

5.00Piet was a great guide, taking us to all the best sites in Bruges. He was entertaining but also knowledgeable. 2 hours would seem like a long time, but the time flew by. There were plenty of points where we stopped to look at something so it wasn't 2 hours of walking. Really good and highly recommended.

5.00Our tour guide Sam was lovely, very knowledgeable about Bruges and mixed humour with historical fact to bring the rich history of this beautiful city to life. We were enthralled throughout and would recommend highly. Sam was knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the group which included people of all ages including a young child.
