We had the best time on the History and Hauntings tour with Dean! He was super knowledgeable and made the stories of Salem’s past come to life with just the right mix of history, mystery, and humor. You can tell he really loves what he does. Dean kept everyone engaged, answered all our questions, and made sure the group felt included the whole time. The pacing was great, moving at a nice pace through each site without feeling rushed but with enough time to explore, absorb, and ask questions. If you’re visiting Salem, definitely book this tour (and hope you get Dean as your guide. )

Booked this last minute with friends for our trip to Salem. We thoroughly enjoyed it. So much history. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and charismatic. I think her name was Diana. Our tour group was small, around 10 people I think. I would book this tour again because I'm sure I'd learn something new. Tour was around 2 hours. The pace was good and we were able to keep up. It is a walking tour, so definitely wear comfortable shoes and probably bring a bottle of water with you.

We did the first tour of the day on Halloween. Our guide was absolutely phenomenal- so informative and shared info about not only the witch trials but the importance of Salem as a commercial hub for USA. He was incredibly detailed and knowledgeable, being especially sensitive regarding the witch trials & persecution . Even though Salem was busy our guide did a stellar job & we got to visit all the key sites and were advised about visiting other areas further out of Salem like the historic port area and what to see in Denver & Marblehead which was originally part I’d Salem Best thing we did in Salem & fully recommend this 100%
