We got stuck in traffic and were terribly late. The responsiveness and coordination from organizers and our guide Lisa was prompt and helpful. We were even given an option to join later group which didn’t work for us, but really appreciated the offer. So we chose to join our group on the go, easily found them. It was pouring rain when we got there and Lisa was so nice to offer us her umbrella and did her best to catch us up on the information we missed.

Michaela was amazing. She was able to help us get registered for the tour at the last possible second. She was very articulate and knowledgeable about Salem and its history. We expected ghost stories but learned so much more than we could have imagined. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

The tour was ok. We didn’t cover much area in two hours. The trolley tour was much more informative and interesting.

Not a ton of walking. Learned a lot of history other than just the trials. Guide stood in the rain and was super enthusiastic! She made the tour.

Mike was amazing! We have been to other tours before and this one was hands down the best. My 92 year old grandma went with us on a scooter and he was so respectful and kind. He spoke up so she could hear and took extra care she could join in. We be back and will book again.
