Ty was a great guide! Friendly and well informed is the simplest way to put it. Passionate about Salem and a fan of the city, this was evident and it made the tour that much better

A truly great walking tour! Our guide, Diane, was very knowledgeable and shared all sorts of fascinating facts and stories about Salem. She really made history come alive with her enthusiastic interpretations. We learned a lot and the two hours went by too quickly. Diane was also great at answering our questions and helping us dig deeper into the meaning of the witch trials. Kudos and thanks to History and Hauntings of Salem Walking Tours!

Ryan was an excellent guide! Friendly and knowledgable. Tour was fun but I do wish is leaned a bit more into the history than the haunting.

I thought we definitely got our money’s worth! Ty was a good storyteller and you could tell he was passionate about history. The other tours I looked at stayed around the square and this one did not. History, witches and a touch of murder and Hocus Pocus mentions made it a standout tour.

We did the Historic and Hauntings of Salem tour with Dawn and it was great! I’ve been on walking tours in a handful of cities now and Dawn was definitely one of the best. We learned a lot and I would recommend this tour for any family or group!
