We received confirmation of our booking and then a picture of the car and license plate picking us up. The driver was there just before our 4:00 am pick up time, quickly loaded our bags and we were on our way. I would definitely book with them again.

Driver had little to no English, however were not great with Vietnamese so it balanced out. He drove responsibly and was efficient in his manner of loading and unloading of the luggage. The service was ontime for pick-up and the vehicle was clean. Recommended.
