Travelling by vintage jeep added real character as we visited key sites, including the Independence Palace and a local craft workshop. The highlight was a stop at one of the city’s best salted coffee shops, making the tour both memorable and uniquely enjoyable.

5.00This was a wonderful introduction to HCMC. Our guide Mr Huo was excellent, sharing lots of information and knowledge with humour and enthusiasm. We would recommend this to everyone. A great introduction to a vibrant city and culture full of history. Everyone should visit the War Remnants Museum so that such horrors are never forgotten and hopefully never repeated.

5.00Picked up and driven around in a 60's military Jeep is nothing short of amazing and a nice change from the usual van, bus tours. We definitely got the best out of seeing the city up close whilst enjoying the weather, with a Beer in hand and a very thoughtful, informative and fun tour. It's definitely a must, especially if its your first time in saigon. The tour itself includes some amazing experiences that we wouldn't have seen or done had we not booked. It ensures you see the major attractions war remnants museum, saigon post office, independence palace whilst having side quests to a temple to view lacquer artisans at work and also a quick run through the Ben Thanh market for some coffee and goodies. Hoa as a guide was like having a built in encyclopaedia and a stand up comedian. Incredibly kind, well spoken, hilarious and so enjoyable to hang with. Time goes quick so soak it up. Thanks to Hoa and Mr. Bi our driver for giving us an amazing day that filled our camera rolls!
