  In 2015 I left with this agency for a visit of Viet Nam from Hanoi to the Mekong Delta. In 2016 I visited Laos and Cambodia with this same company. Everything was perfect. I advised this company to my colleagues for trips to Viet Nam. There has only been very positive feedback. In 2025 I wanted to deepen my visit to the South HoChiMinh and Ho Tram. Once again, everything went very smoothly from start to finish thanks to kind and effective interlocutors. I highly recommend

  We chose to contact this local agency and the choice turned out to be perfect. The organization before the trip was super, they respond very quickly, the program you can change as you like according to your needs and are always courteous and helpful. Just arrived, the welcome was super, massage, bells, sweet music, gifts... and we personally met Camellia and Mai Vu who are very kind. Perfect organization, always available and helpful, drivers, guides and hotels ... all to the maximum and very satisfying. We felt pampered and safe at all times. I recommend Horizta tutti, to discover Vietnam in safety, freedom and at a more than fair and competitive price.   Impeccable service. Professionalism and punctuality. We relied on horizon for our 12-day trip to Vietnam from north to south via the center. The experience was impeccable from start to finish. The itinerary was well structured, balanced between cultural stops, moments of relaxation and authentic activities in contact with local life. The guides were prepared, punctual and always available, able to enrich each visit with stories and curiosities that made the trip even more engaging. Also excellent logistics organization: timely transfers, carefully selected hotels and constant assistance in case of need. Highly recommended!!!

  I met them through friends who had gone to Vietnam with this agency. From the first moment they met our demands by making several itineraries, until we decided on the fourth of them. They complied promptly with everything: go pick us up at the airport, take us to the hotel, visit the agreed places. The reception in Vietnam, after a day of traveling (practically) was spectacular, to begin with, we were delighted with a massage of almost an hour, which was frankly restorative, they had prepared gifts for us (there were four of us traveling). I forgot a ring in Hà Nội, asked the organizer of the trip to find it and send it to Hanoi (since I had to go back to Hanoi to go back to Spain, and so it did, when I returned to Hanoi, in the hotel was my ring. The hotel in Hanoi, where we stayed when we arrived, was not very good, in the room (which I said was deluxe) I could hardly move in it, with a very scarce space to open the suitcase, so I told you when we left for other places (as I had to do the last night (before returning to Spain) in Hanoi and without hesitation, we managed a suite to be more comfortable, at no additional cost. As I said, there were four of us and we always had two rooms (one for every two people). I must highlight the work of Priscilla (the guide we had in Hue and Hà Nội, accompanied us in the places mentioned with pleasure , good gestures at all times and sincerity . I also emphasize the dedication of the Cambodian guides, and I cannot say the same about the Hanoi guide. The driver who picked us up at the Hanoi hotel to take us to the airport (when we were already leaving for Spain, he broke my suitcase handle, I told him who it was and I only got a “sorry”, returning with my broken suitcase to Spain, the one that had been bought in Cambodia and was therefore new. It had been bought because at the hotel in Cambodia, the staff there, broke my suitcase (one of the four wheels) and so I had to buy a new one. The transport company must have taken care of what happened or else the V.H. At the Cambodian hotel (KING ROK BOUTIQUE), we found a cockroach in the suitcase, we said it, as they checked but as we entered the room, we saw that they had not even cleaned, we found the same mess as when we had left. In four days we stayed at this hotel, they only made the room one day. Best hotels : Rosmary in Hà Nội and Cherif in HUE. Acnos in Ho Chi Minh highly recommended. I recommend that you bring the document with you the money you need to deliver so that you can prove what is missing and there are no additional charges even if it is little. Anyway I would travel with them again, they ARE RELIABLE AND tell not so good details so that they can serve my contributions to make them even better. I recommend taking the stay in the pearls (where they teach the polishing process and try to get us to buy) and the silk walk , where time is also wasted and they try to get us to buy . I also recommend that you choose to have free time for your shopping or whatever you want, we missed that and we are very sorry. Once again, we would have this agency again, which, to be excellent, is very little short. Thanks for everything to Camila and Alzhara, who assisted us since our adventure began.

  Just arrived from my second trip with Horizon Travel. The ladies Laura and Quynh followed me as always attentively from before departure and throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. The guide and driver were kind and helpful to my every need. Traveling with Horizon Travel for me means always being quiet and relaxed because I know I can count on their assistance at all times of the day.   It really is a spectacular city. Thanks to Chao, our guide on this tour, the experience was complete and wonderful. To know Ho Chi Min City should be forced. Bubbly, modern, lively city... And not without impressive cultural baggage. Knowing the Museum of War had to be forced in schools. Recommended 100%

  Good agency. The organizing staff supported us throughout the trip, welcoming us as soon as we arrived and communicating daily the name of the guide who would accompany us in visits to the chosen sites. The young guides told us in Italian about the lovely places we visited. The programme has been fully respected. Vietnam is a wonderful land and the Vietnamese always have a ready smile.
