5.00Omg best thing I’ve done - I went myself but was with a lovely English couple so had a small group we went to 6 different districts which was very cool tried so much food I was so full by the end and Kim my driver was so very lovely would recommend to anyone !!! Definitely give it a go they are so wonderful and knowledgeable and we sat and had some lovely conversations <3

5.00Wow just do it!! I had an amazing immersive experience! My guides Vic, Lucky, Helen were very informative and friendly. Was great to ride around town like a local on a scooter and learn about the history here and also try authentic off the beaten path food. This truly was a 5 star experience! 5.00Amazing food tour with our guide Star and drivers Snow and Kevin. I have been on many food tours including two other HCMC food tours, and this was one of the best! Our guide was super energetic and provided a lot of information about food, history, daily life. Our drivers were very friendly, and, both being university students were able to give good perspective on life in the city. Finally, of course, the food was excellent, and we had a mix of mainstay dishes and some unique ones we hadn't tried.

5.00We took the Zero Tourist Food Tour on our first night in Ho Chi Minh City. We were met at our hotel by our guides, Helen and Kevin, and although we had never ridden a motorbike before, we were soon put at ease, and we were off through the evening traffic to our first stop, through tiny alleyways and places we would never have seen without the tour, where we met with the other couple on our tour. The food stops were all well planned, and we tasted many delicious foods and drinks, and learnt a lot about the city too. We would highly recommend Saigon Happy Tours to any visitors, both young and older. The experience is one of the best of our holiday so far. Thanks to our fantastic drivers and guides, Helen and Kevin, for such a great tour, and the other drivers on our tour James and Vic were great too and helped make the tour even better.

5.00This tour was hands down one of the best things we did during our time in Ho Chi Minh City. My partner described the experience like being on an episode of Anthony Bourdain. Helen led our team of four expertly, with each of us on the back of a motorbike. We traveled to 8 spots total and sampled about 10 foods/drinks (though honestly I lost count so it may have been more haha). Everything was incredible - what was so telling was that at the end we were each asked what our favorite thing was, and everyone picked something different because it was all soo good. Each spot also felt really special and unique, and some vendors the team even had to communicate with via WhatsApp to find out where they were that day. Our team (led by Helen) was fantastic. She and the whole team gave great explanations of each destination and each food, sometimes teaching us how to eat it, and helping us understand Vietnamese culture through food. Helen always made me feel safe on her motorbike - even through busy streets and the winding alleys of District 4. When it rained Helen even picked up ponchos for my partner and I to borrow! Finally, the Happy Tours team gave lots of great recommendations for other restaurants/things to do in Saigon and neighboring cities which was super useful. Would do this trip again and again - thank you so much for a great experience!!

5.00Really cool experience and great value for money. Tempted to do this tour a second time because its so raw and fun. You'll visit spots you would never ever find on your own and definitely get your moneys worth in food and service. Highly recommend.

5.00I’d you want the full Saigon experience, then you definitely need to take this tour with either Happy or Helen. When they say ‘Zero Tourist’ and ‘adventure’ they mean just that. We hit a lot of really great food that you just wouldn’t know to go to on your own. Each place has a special story associated with it. I won’t spoil those stories but they sure do make the whole thing fun. You are shuttled around on the back of a motorbike which is great fun in and of itself. And if you’re lucky you’ll get to go so some really interesting places outside metro Saigon which I am sure no other guide goes to. No spoilers. Definitely worth doing and highly recommended.
