What To Expect

Hobart

Depart Hobart at 9:45 am and head east across the Tasman Bridge to the Coal Valley wine region – this is one of the largest wine-growing areas in southern Tasmania. Visit at least four cellar doors from the following: Pooley Wines, Everyman & His Dog, Frogmore Creek Wines, Nocton Vineyard, Riversdale Estate. Arriving back to Hobart between 2:30 – 2:45 pm *Tour operates with a minimum of two people. *We recommend consuming a decent breakfast/brunch before commencing this tour. Collection and return Cheese platter Wine tastings

Tone of laughter, fun, and beautiful people from different parts of the world was together on this tour Learn alot about each other and the host who were all vert interactive, engaged, knowledgeable and entertaining. Definitely recommend taking if you enjoy tons of wine!!! Thank you to our driver Greg who was so nice and flexible with me and my friends as we were a little confused on the meeting point.

Met interesting people, tasted lots of wine, had fun, saw some of Hobart… lovely cheese and a lot of fun! Chocolate wine pairing a delight and such a good way to spend a day!

They did not pick me up and I had to call them. They did organise an Uber to take me to the first winery but I did not get a chance to do my tasting there. The rest of the tour was nice and I did enjoy it. I am disappointed I got forgotten/missed and didn’t get the full experience. They were however prompt in providing a solution when I called to query my pick up. The driver, Dale was courteous and informative.

We had a wonderful time exploring some of the best wineries that the Coal Valley has to offer. Andy our host had been wonderful and has a barrel of knowledge when it came to the local history. Highly recommend Apple Isle tours .

Andy was a great driver and pick up from our hotel was a bonus. Good variety of wineries sampling some great wines (and chocolate). Nice to be part of a small group. Overall good value for money.

What a great day we had. Andy our driver was very knowledgeable with lots of historical information. The cheese board and wines were lovely and the chocolate/ wine pairing to end our day was perfect.

An excellent day. Dave our driver was not only extremely knowledgeable, friendly but he was so accommodating. We had a great day visiting 4 wineries. Our highlight was Nocton winery great cheese platter, beautiful wines served by the fantastic Laura as well as every man and his dog - wine and chocolate tasting was such an awesome experience. We would absolutely recommend this tour.

Plenty of wine choices. Surprisingly great chocolate and wine pairing. Comfortable van ride, plenty of space.
