Hobbiton exceeded my expectations. I recommend every Lord of the Rings fan go see it. It was a larger area than I thought and beautifully maintained.

There is a bit of walking uphill in areas other than that it was perfect. Very scenic with whimsical hobbit houses and a free beverage at the pub

Grant was a great guide on the drive to/from Hobbiton! A fun day for casual or hardcore lovers of the books/movies. Would recommend for solo or group travelers.
