5.00Long day, but doing both Hobbiton and the caves makes great use of time. Really great driver/guide, Warren, gave very informative commentary on the way down and proactively managed the bookings as we ran a bit ahead of time. Hobbiton itself despite renovation works, is just great, the attention to detail is breathtaking, and the breakfast in the cafe was lovely. The caves are amazing, the glow worms are something I’ve never seen before and the boat out of the cave in the dark is a stunning way to see them.

5.00Andy was phenomenal with his knowledge and commentary about New Zealand/Aotearoa. His commentary was one of my favorite parts of the tour and kept it very interesting. Additionally, my husband and I were running late before the tour started and him and his team was kind enough to give us a call and wait a few extra minutes to ensure we weren’t left. The tour itself was great and the activities were beautiful.
