The location was a little difficult to find Albrechtsbrunnen. We were greeted by Lisa. Lisa was very knowledgeable and eloquent providing information and answering questions. The tour was even paced with Lisa concerned about the groups welfare throughout. A very good experience well done Lisa!

The guide, José Antonio, has been very attentive and friendly. He explained very well and in a pleasant way. The only but, important in my opinion, is that we have changed the time of the activity without warning, and when we arrive at the meeting point we have delayed by one hour the start of the activity.

We were never able to find the meeting point for this tour, no address was provided only a name. We went inside the Hofburg to inquire asked several people (Hop on Hop off guide) on the street, called the phone number etc and replied to the text. No one reached out to us. What a waste of money. Do not book a tour with this company.

Guide Raphael took us on a tour of Hofburg, the Sissi Museum and the Imperial Apartments. He was able to combine the historical aspect with lesser-known curiosities, making the visit interesting and engaging, never obvious. Definitely recommended!
