Skip-the-line tickets are reserved for a specific time slot, so it's important to arrive on time. You will save time by skipping the line at the ticket office. You can’t skip the security checks.
The 2.5-hour option includes a 2-hour guided tour and an estimated 30-minute transfer from your accommodation (two-ways) with pickup and drop-off service. Transfer time will vary depending on the distance and traffic.We offer a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, or a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
3- and 4-hour tours: due to museum regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-15 people, so the price of the tour will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.

Sisi Museum
Private tour of the Hofburg Imperial Palace Complex you will visit Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments. Skip-the-line tickets are included to give you more time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site without waiting in long queues at the ticket office. She was beyond knowledgeable—not just about the history of the palace and the Habsburgs, but also about Vienna itself and all the details that brought everything to life. She made the tour feel engaging and personal rather than just a standard walkthrough. Her explanations were clear, interesting, and full of stories that made the history memorable. She was patient, warm, and answered every question with so much depth and insight. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The skip-the-line access made everything smooth, and having a guide like Mariola made the experience so much more special. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can request Mariola, do it!

5.00Our guide really knew the history of Vienna and Austria, and of the Hofburg dynasty. She gave us more than our moneys worth, walking us thru sisi’s living quarters, the treasury, and the exterior of the Hofburg. Her English was perfect and she was able to provide detailed explanations whenever we asked any questions. We wish she could be our tour guide for each and every future tour.
