Others would be well advised to avoid the local tour operator to which I was assigned. I was unable to take my tour because, as far as I could determine, the tour operator sought to extract 25% more money from me, apparently outside Viator channels, by making a false statement that I had booked for another location closer to the tour route.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. As soon as we booked, Phuong reached out to organise our tour. She allocated us Jayla who was lovely and knowledgeable about Hoi An. Highly recommend Phuong and Jayla and this tour, it’s a must do in Danang/Hoi An!
