Quin was a wonderful guide who took us to many of the best local places to try famous dishes. Want the best Banh My? Want the wonton soup recommended by Anthony Bourdoin? Want special dishes only available for 2-3 hours each day? Want special healthy dishes recognized internationally but only prepared by one family? This the tour for you. Totally enjoyed every dish and Quin was wonderful and so very patient. Only warning, a healthy man can probably eat everything but a lot of people will be running out of room to eat more because everything is so good!

If you want to get away from the crowded tourist traps and see how the locals actually live, this is the tour for you. Our guide took us through narrow alleys and beautiful rice paddies that we never would have found on our own. It wasn't just about the food (which was incredible and very fresh), but about the stories. We learned so much about the traditional farming methods and the history of the families running these small local shops. It felt very respectful and authentic. Everything was well-organized, and the pace was perfect which is not too rushed, but we saw a ton of variety. A must-do if you value culture as much as cuisine!

We had the best time exploring Vietnam with our guide! We basically ate and biked our way through the day simultaneously. We started with some amazing food, then biked to different spots where we stopped to eat even more. It was the perfect way to see the city and farm areas while trying everything! Our guide is absolutely hilarious and so easy to talk to. He explained all the history and culture behind every stop, which made it so much more meaningful. One of the best parts was having him with us at the local shops; he made sure we got the best deals and never let us overpay. It felt like exploring with a local friend. If you want a fun day with great food, book him immediately!
