What To Expect

A fun and interesting way to experience the rural life in Hoi An and Vietnamese cuisine. What You will do You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel or our meeting point Bebe tailor . And take you to the Hoian colorful market.They will help you to comunicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quaility food for the cooking class after that. The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.This special moment will afford you the opportunity to take unforgettable pictures Vietnam rural scenes and people. After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking around 2 hours with our chef.cooking recipe is ready for you after cooking class,you can recreate its at home.

    Such an amazing experience! We originally booked a group tour, but because of the rain it ended up being just myself and my best friend — and it honestly made the day even more special. We had the pleasure of learning from An and Tam, who were warm, patient, and so much fun. The cooking class was incredible, and the dishes we made were delicious. Highly recommend!

    Chef Ann and Tam are amazing! The food was awesome and the experience was one of our best in all of Vietnam. Loved the boat ride and Tung is just brilliant. We polished off all the delicious food that we made. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

    Excellent experience with the hosts - starting with a bamboo boat ride! All ingredients presented with instructions. Just follow and enjoy the fruits of your labour! Will take roughly 3-4 hours, so please keep this in mind when booking.

    We had a great time cooking, market tour and basket boat ride with some crab fishing. Michael was a great guide and the ladies that captained our boats were so much fun! One of our friends doesn’t usually cook but she really enjoyed having a go.
