What To Expect
A fun and interesting way to experience the rural life in Hoi An and Vietnamese cuisine. What You will do You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel or our meeting point Bebe tailor . And take you to the Hoian colorful market.They will help you to comunicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quaility food for the cooking class after that. The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.This special moment will afford you the opportunity to take unforgettable pictures Vietnam rural scenes and people. After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking around 2 hours with our chef.cooking recipe is ready for you after cooking class,you can recreate its at home.

5.00I had the best day with Tang!! Got lucky and booked last minute and got to experience the tour solo one on one! The day was easy from start to finish, with collection at my accommodation and then straight to the market for ingredients. Food was stellar, I have been travelling Vietnam for almost four weeks now and I got to try food that I hadn’t come across yet. Would highly recommend for a fun and easy afternoon in Hoi An ☺️

5.00This was THE BEST! Through happenstance, I was the only one on the tour so personal tour! Ag (Michael for nickname) was my tour guide and Tam was the chef. Tam has over 15 years experience as a chef at many very fancy hotels and both the food and the presentation was 4 stars! Ag was incredible too. Born here he is a a true local and his patience and local knowledge was impressive. He took me on a tour of the market for the fresh ingredients we cooked with. The bamboo boat ride and crab fishing was SO FUN! I can't remember our Captain's name but she was hilarious and we sang songs as we paddled. The whole day was incredible and so special. Cannot recommend enough!

5.00Such an amazing experience! We originally booked a group tour, but because of the rain it ended up being just myself and my best friend — and it honestly made the day even more special. We had the pleasure of learning from An and Tam, who were warm, patient, and so much fun. The cooking class was incredible, and the dishes we made were delicious. Highly recommend!

5.00Excellent experience with the hosts - starting with a bamboo boat ride! All ingredients presented with instructions. Just follow and enjoy the fruits of your labour! Will take roughly 3-4 hours, so please keep this in mind when booking.
