What To Expect

A fun and interesting way to experience the rural life in Hoi An and Vietnamese cuisine. What You will do You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel or our meeting point Bebe tailor . And take you to the Hoian colorful market.They will help you to comunicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quaility food for the cooking class after that. The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.This special moment will afford you the opportunity to take unforgettable pictures Vietnam rural scenes and people. After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking around 2 hours with our chef.cooking recipe is ready for you after cooking class,you can recreate its at home.

Had a wonderful time with Tam and Anh at this cooking class in hoi an. They first started by taking us to the local markets to purchase some of the ingredients we would later cooking with. We then went on a peaceful coconut boat ride with Sing, after which we made a delicious meal including a papaya salad, grilled eggplant, noodles, mushroom pancake and grilled bananas. An experience I'd definitely recommend 🙂

Thanks for an amazing experience. We had so much fun. Our Guide took us through the market to buy the ingredients before taking us to the village. We had a peaceful boat ride and saw kingfisher but failed to catch the crabs! We loved the cookery class and have some amazing memories and photos. Thanks again! Would recommend to all

We had the tour all to ourselves! An and Tung were great guides and An was an excellent chef - even tailoring some dishes to be vegan with ease. The motorbikes were fun and definitely added to the experience and we also loved the coconut boats!

This was such an amazing tour, the walk through the markets and ride on bamboo fishing boats was very informative. And the cooking class with Tam was so fun and very delicious. All the food was super fresh and all round amazing!

We had such an awesome time here! Because it was low season, me and my friends were the only ones in the group. The tour guide and the chef were so kind, and funny and made the entire experience so fun. Would def recommend

Fantastic experience! So fun to be at the food market to buy in the raw materials, very nice guide. Bamboo basket boat was also very fun because we actually got some crabs when we fished! Our chef was incredibly good and very funny, we flirted a lot and had fun max! I highly recommend this!

We had a great time on this tour! We were taken to the market in the morning to pick up some fresh produce for the dishes we would be making later. The bamboo basket boat rides were fun, we even caught a couple of crabs! The cooking class itself was fabulous - Chef Tam was very patient and we really enjoyed learning how to cook each dish. They were all delicious!
