Morning Tour start at  8:45a.m to 1p.m/Afternoon tour start  at 1:30p.m- to 6p.m with small Group for 1cooking class .You will be picked up by our tour guide and start your day with a local market visitting alongside our master chef, learn about local ingredient.The tour continues from the local market to the water coconut village -Enjoy a hand-on catching "Purple crab" in the canal and take a paddling an unique "bamboo basket boat" to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam.Warmly welcome and joinning our truly Vietnamese cooking class and cooked by yourself, enjoyed what you cooked 4 dishes and cooking recipe is ready for you to recreate at home.Miss out on this unique local experiences in Hoian!!!

Mr Tâm is a talented Chef .He is the combination of The culinary cooking skill and long old- aged years experiences to show you and sharing with you all his skill in creation of Vietnamese Cusines.

What To Expect

A fun and interesting way to experience the rural life in Hoi An and Vietnamese cuisine. What You will do You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel or our meeting point Bebe tailor . And take you to the Hoian colorful market.They will help you to comunicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quaility food for the cooking class after that. The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.This special moment will afford you the opportunity to take unforgettable pictures Vietnam rural scenes and people. After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking around 2 hours with our chef.cooking recipe is ready for you after cooking class,you can recreate its at home.

    Provider failed to provide timely meeting point information which I requested during the booking process. We were halfway there when the meeting point was changed. Missed 25% of the event.

    We had a great afternoon and would highly recommend this cooking class with Tam! Tam was very friendly and enthusiastic, and helped us preparing some delicious Vietnamese meals! We were one of the first guests in the (lunar) New year which made in extra special :)

    Was really fun and the food was delicious. Even people like us with limited cooking skills could do it. We went during Vietnamese New Year. Please note that the market will be closed so you won’t see the market if you go this period. But still very good and highly recommend. Mr Tâm is a great and friendly chef.

    Tam was an excellent guide. Thoroughly recommend trip as we spent time buying fresh produce in the early morning market with local people preparing for the Tet festivities. Crab fishing on the river, then spent a few hours cooking (and eating) delicious dishes. Relaxed and authentic experience. Would definitely recommend, but make sure that you are hungry when you arrive 🤩

    Michael and Tam were amazing hosts for the cooking class & fishing boat trip in the coconut village. We learned all about local produce and food in the markets, tried fishing for crabs & snapper and made 5 incredible dishes! Michael was super knowledgeable about the dishes and Tam was an excellent motorbike driver! Highly recommend! A++
