  We did this tour with Eva on 11th January and it was very good. Organisation's was good, as was communication, and info provided. Eva was a great guide with a wealth of experience and is recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour even though there was a lot more walking than we expected

  I’ve done many city tours around the world, and unfortunately this one ranks near the bottom of my list. The tour guide was friendly enough but not very effective. She didn’t wait for the full group to stay together, and with around 16 people, those at the back often couldn’t hear what she was saying. As a result, there were times when we weren’t sure what was happening or where we were going, which was frustrating. The tour started at 10:45am and consisted of visiting a few shops the guide recommended, taking the escalators up the hill, stopping briefly at the jail (which was interesting), then walking back down to see a temple before lunch. Lunch itself was enjoyable. After lunch, we took a ding ding tram for only a few stops, then walked toward the ferry with more shop recommendations. We crossed the harbour by ferry, but what disappointed many of us was that the guide simply pointed out a few landmarks and then left us there. Ending the tour on the opposite side of the harbour without assistance or guidance on getting back to our hotels felt unacceptable. Many people in the group shared this view. Overall, this didn’t feel like a proper tour of Hong Kong, but more like a loosely guided walk with shopping suggestions. I would rate it around 4 out of 10. • Disappointing experience and poor customer support .

  Some aspects of the tour were ok , although did not realize it was all walking and neither did others in the party. local history was interesting but lunch was not great quality considering the cost of the tour overall $150 each felt the tour was over priced We had to navigate the peak tram ourselves , provided with tickets , 2 of the tickets didn’t work so our friends missed out on the tram trip. Have tried multiple times to get the cost of the ticket reimbursed without success.

  My family and I booked this tour expecting a well-organized experience, but it fell short. The tour began with confusion when the guide told us that lunch and the Peak Tram were not included, even though both were clearly listed on our booking confirmation. This was frustrating and set a poor tone for the day. The guide, Helen, eventually resolved the issue, but this should not have happened. The tour itself was average at best. Several stops were not worth the time. The PMQ building stop was about 30 minutes and felt unnecessary, and the former jail was underwhelming, aside from a few good spots for Instagram photos. Time would have been better spent reducing these stops and allowing more flexibility later in the day. Some groups chose to leave the tour midway and skip the lunch and Peak Tram, which was their decision. We did receive Peak Tram tickets, but were told they had to be used the same day after the tour ended around 5:00 pm. By the time we arrived at the Peak Tram around 6:00 pm, the line was extremely long. This felt rushed and poorly planned and did not match what we were expecting from the tour. It was unclear whether the problems were due to Viator or the tour operator, as each blamed the other. Overall, the lack of organization and inefficient use of time made this tour disappointing.

  Monica was an amazing tour guide - incredibly knowledgeable and willing to give advice for the rest of our trip! The tour took us around all the key points of Hong Kong Island, topped off with a ferry ride back to Kowloon. Great way to see the sights

  No mention this was a walking tour. Overpriced not value for money. Staff unorganized. No Peak Tram due to guide ticket issue error with No refund
