5.00Our cruise disembarked late and Joe was gracious enough to wait for us at the meeting point and he was super responsive throughout. It was a great tour and Joe was a very informative and helpful tour guide. We learned lots of fun facts about Hong Kong. He takes you through all of the highlights of HK and gives you good recommendations for exploring the rest of the city. I would make sure to double check which tour you book as one includes dim sum lunch and the tram and the one we had booked did not but we were able to pay for our own lunch on our own. Highly recommend you book this tour!!

2.00Disappointed, uninteresting polite, guide tried to make something of it. Group of 18 was way too big. Turned out that despite the confirmation there was no lunch and Peaktram at tour. That made it very expensive.

The tour is exciting, fun and never gets boring. In addition to anecdotes about the spots visited, she imparts great insider knowledge. 6 out of 5 stars.

4.00At first I was upset with Summer my tour guide as I needed direction to the meeting point tried to get through to her after the manager gave me her phone number. No response . I got direction from my guide of the previous day . Summer said she could not respond as she is not able to take international calls this was brought to the attention of her manger who assured me will follow up so it will not happen again. How ever Summer was a good tour guide making sure everyone was ok during our long walk she was very knowledgeable taught us a lot about the history of the people , structure and culture of Hong Kong .
