When there are extreme weather conditions (typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted and the red/black rainstorm warning signal is in effect), the tour might be canceled, and the date will be changed or refunded depending on the situation.

If the boat's sails cannot be raised due to weather and safety conditions - no refund will be granted for such reason.

On certain days, there may be commercial promotions displayed on the sails, which may affect the appearance of the iconic red sails.
