5.00It’s exactly what we wanted! We had an outline of an itinerary that we created with Bertha but changed it as we discovered other things to do and see. Bertha was the absolute best — almost intuitively knowing how to make Hong Kong special and memorable. We came in on a cruise ship and we were nervous about where to meet. Bertha actually crossed the Victoria Harbor and met us at the terminal. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

We wish we had booked a tour with him two days in a road to also see Central and Aberdeen with him! Highly recommend this tour with Kiyo!

5.00Karen is an amazing tour guide!!! She's kind and knowledgeable and cultured. She gave us a fantastic overview of the history and culture of Hong Kong. The agency surveyed our interests, and she took our feedback seriously; Karen even reached out to specify our interests. She hit all the points I wanted, added extra stops to personalize our tour, and focused on areas of interest to us. Karen suggested places to go after the tour, and her recommendations were spectacular. Karen is a great speaker, listener, and storyteller. I threw dozens of questions at her, and she listened intently and gave comprehensive, interesting answers. I was spellbound by some of Karen's stories, and I learned a lot about Hong Kong. In brief: Karen made me love Hong Kong even more than I expected. 10/10 would have another tour with Karen.

5.00This was an excellent experience with a lovely, knowledgeable guide. We walked and took various forms of transportation around Hong Kong, covering a lot of territory in four hours. Malin was a pleasure to be with and she planned quite a wonderful experience for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this activity and specifically my guide Malin.
