All surcharges must be paid directly to the driver in cash (HKD) or by credit card, which is subject to a 5% service fee.
Please indicate the number, size, and type of luggage or suitcases (if any) at the time of booking.
Extra time beyond the tour duration will be charged at HKD 350 per hour for the driver.
Child seats are compulsory for children under 3 years old and can be arranged upon request.
During Hong Kong public holidays, an additional surcharge of HKD 300–500 per driver may apply. Surcharges during the Chinese New Year period will be quoted separately.
Applicable Hong Kong public holidays include January 1, the Chinese New Year period*, Labour Day*, HKSAR Establishment Day (July 1), National Day (October 1), and the Christmas period from December 24 to 26 and December 31.
*Golden Week periods related to these holidays may also be subject to additional surcharges.
Please kindly provide a contact number with WhatsApp access for easier coordination. One day before the tour, we will create a WhatsApp group including you and the assigned driver, and share the vehicle and driver details to ensure smooth arrangement.
In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
Please note that smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for all passengers.

5.00Ricky, our guide, went out of his way to confirm expectations well before the morning of our 6 hour tour. When he picked us up he went over the itinerary which was filled with a variety of attractions, asking questions before deciding on the route. He shared stories of Hong Kong past through present as he did an amazing job maneuvering traffic that varied depending where we were. He talked of the geography and because I have a special interest in this – the geology, making a point to take us to areas where I could get a feel for the uniqueness of the beautiful Hong Kong islands. The weather was misty which might have interfered but he was familiar with alternate locations where we got incredible views and experiences. He gave context to what life as a resident was like including the challenges past and present citizens face. He was able to answer every question I had regarding a variety of subjects. Along the way he would confirm whether we were still interested in the various attractions. He gave inside information such as advising us to sit at the front on the top level of the tram and ensured we were comfortable before taking us to a wet market. He was very detailed in his explanations which meant we had full confidence whether he was with us or would be hooking up with us after we toured a location. He was very personable and social which made for a comfortable rewarding experience. I highly recommend this guide to share the beauty and wonder of Hong Kong.

The experience was truly memorable — we captured countless awesome photos and enjoyed exciting adventures we’ll cherish forever. 5.00Ricky was my driver. I went solo on this trip. Ricky was a great driver and his local knowledge and ability to quickly pivot to areas of interest was amazing. I was only in HK for 4 nights, so someone to show me the highlights was very convenient. When i heard about a harbour boat tour (30 mins) I asked if i could do it, Ricky said no problems! Got me a booking in no time. Ricky was a very friendly fellow and was happy to drive me anywhere i was keen to see. 9am pick up, back to my hotel by 3pm for a nap. Areas visited, include Large Buddah Temple, local beach, rich area, middle class area, local area, harbour boat tour, local tram ride, harbour ferry trip, Victoria Peak and HK main street drive. Probably, more. We did alot

5.00We traveled 2 couples getting off a cruise ship for the day. Communication with Viator and was AMAZING from booking onward. Once Ricky was assigned as our driver we were in contact from the day before, making us feel very comfortable. Ricky was knowledgeable and took us on a fantastic day. He even had us do things we were not thinking of, like riding the tram and the ferry. We all felt like we saw a LOT of Hong Kong in a very pleasant way. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.

5.00We had a wonderful experience due to our guide, Alex Ho. He showed us all the highlights of Hong Kong Island, pointing out interesting historical and cultural insights to each area we visited. He also explained the changes that had occurred over the last time I visited over 46 years ago. Alex facilitated our experiences, including riding the Ding Ding tram, visiting Man Mo Temple, taking the Peak Tram and taking photos from the Victoria Peak Sky Terrace, and visiting sites, such as Stanley Market, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, and Aberdeen Fishing Village. Alex took us to a scrumptious dim sum lunch at Chung's Stanley Plaza. He ordered for us in Chinese (7 dishes) - one of the best Chinese meals ever! Finally, Alex recommended after tour visits to Happy Valley racetrack and a restaurant specializing in Roast Goose for dinner. Overall, we had a 5-star tour with a 5-star Guide!
