Yadi & owner of the horses(I'm horrible with names, sorry) were both great! They were very friendly and kept the ride interesting and even let me race him with my horse at the end! I hadn't rode in years and can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend!

We had a great time riding at Outback Trails this morning. Michelle and her crew run an outstanding operation in Stann Creek, just down the highway from the Hopkins road. Beautiful horses and Brady, our guide was friendly, patient and accommodating leading us throughout their vast property. We can’t recommend this activity enough and very reasonably priced!

Our tour guide Ken (I believe his name was) was incredible. Informative, patient with our group of three and all around enjoyable to be around for the afternoon. I would suggest to future riders to apply sunscreen and bug spray before you get on the horse, as you don’t break for about an hour into the ride and want to be covered. I would also strongly suggest long pants and sneakers or boots for this. Overall, a great experience that we really enjoyed. Nothing like walking through the jungle on a beautiful horse with someone who knows the area, the flora and the horses well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more bespoke Belize experience. Thank you!

Reggie & Ken were amazing guides, and the horses were gentle and the scenery was beautiful. We didn’t get into the River, although we rested and drank our water. The guides carry extra water for you if you need it. Our Driver who picked us up from our hotel Ricky, was just over the top! He gave us a quick tour of town of Hopkins, stopping for us to pick up fresh fruit & and we were so hungry after the 1pm ride, Ricky joined us for dinner on the beach at a local restaurant, before taking us back to our hotel. It was a amazing experience! We would recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun experience.

What an amazing adventure we had! We learned so much about the culture of Belize and the agriculture. We even saw Jaguar paw prints. The tour guides were phenomenal. We highly recommend this tour to everyone of all levels.

My husband and I actually booked this via our hotel in Hopkins (Hamanasi) as we both used to ride in the past. First off, this is a real working farm with sheep, cows, horses(obviously!), goats and guinea fowl. Ken was our guide and made sure that we had an amazing time. He is responsible for training all the horses as well as maintaining all the trails. We opted to go for a slightly more advanced riding experience which did NOT disappoint! Be prepared for some incline/declines as it is not flat here. Our horses were great and well trained. The views are stunning (we saw TOUCANS!!) and you will see lots of birds. You might see jaguar prints as the ranch is up against the jaguar reserve!! You need to bring bug spray (not OFF, you need high deet bug spray) and water canteens for everyone. Also, long pants and boots are a must. We really enjoyed our trip and wished we had done it earlier in our vacation so that we could do it again!
