5.00This experience surpassed anything I thought it would be like. It was so fun and the views were amazing. We took our four kids ages 4-10 and they all loved it. My youngest couldn’t see over the edge but can see through the holes to climb in and had the best time. I highly recommend this tour and the company is great to work with

5.00This was one of our absolute favorite experiences in the few months we spent in Florence. Seeing the Tuscan landscape from the peace of a hot air balloon was truly exceptional. The team who runs the experience were also just perfect. We had to reschedule once for wind, and the communication was exceptional. Our pilot was also fun and clearly loves what he does. We were grateful for the early morning pick up in Florence as well as the drop off afterward! If you have the opportunity, don't hesitate to book this!

5.00Fantastic!! Throughly enjoyed every minute, the weather was chilly but nothing mattered. We soared high above the clouds & literally it felt like we were floating on air. He explained everything to us, we were able to see the balloon’s reflection in the clouds & then too soon we were floating down. Each step of the way he our pilot was gracious, thoughtful & just a wealth of info for questions asked. We landed - unfortunately - in a beautiful field where a light breakfast was offered & again our pilot showed us pics of flights & races he’d been in all over the world. Take the time & enjoy every single minute!!
