Both the pilot and the assistants were very professional. Everything from the hotel pickup to takeoff, fly and landing were executed perfectly. Air time is also enough to see the chateau, river, vineyards, and the forests. The only letdown for me was that the instructions and the narration were provided only in French, which made it difficult to truly enjoy the experience.

This experience was nothing short of magical. Everything was seamless and everyone who worked for the tour company was so kind and helpful. We really appreciated their commitment to safety and professionalism, monitoring the wind, weather, etc for the planned date several days in advance and explaining all the needed safety information before the flight. There are no words to describe how awe-inspiring the views are on this flight. If you have the ability and opportunity, book this.

Beautiful views and great crew! You will be asked to help put the basket on the truck, deflate the balloon and load into the carrier. Those with physical constraints will find this challenging. I have a pulled back and there seniors in our group that found this very challenging. This should have been mentioned as a requirement. In other balloon rides I have done they had a crew do this as part of the cost.
