We picked up early in the morning and driven one and a half hours to the Reception in the desert. Then the hot air balloon over the desert to coincide the sunrise which was a stunning experience . Didn’t take the breakfast option, but the entire trip was certainly a highlight

Wow what an experience can highly recommend this trip. I'm not the best with heights but after about 10 minutes I settled myself to enjoy the experience. The sunrise I'll never forget. The whole team looks after you from start to finish. Captain was excellent and made sure we were all ok and what a superb landing. Defo put this on your bucket list of things to do if visiting Dubai.

Unfortunately we were unable to do this excursion due to high temperatures and high wind, which I totally understand and appreciate the safety concerns, however, leading up to our excursion they were uncommunicative, even though viator did the very best to communicate with them we waited out at 3:30 AM for a pick up until 4:30 AM when they finally cancelled the tour crazy enough it was 37° waiting for the tour viator did their best to get a hold of them, but they never responded if they said at 3:30 were considering cancelling the trip stay tuned I would understand, but the lack of communication makes me never recommend not doing this tour

What would have been a fantastic experience turned in to a very bad experience. I messaged the company the day before to re clarify pick up time. Later in the day I received a message informing of cancellation due to the hot weather. Which I completely understand and have no issues with. A refund was offered, which I accepted and was informed that this was completed. I then began to become concerned after not receiving the refund. I contacted the company twice about the time scales and to inform that I had not received the refund, with no response. A week had passed and I contacted the bank who informed me that no refund was scheduled. After speaking with Viator support they have now arranged my refund which will be another 3-7 days

Amazing experience with this tour operator, they were great with communication and ensured that he could safely enjoy the experience and remain well informed throughout the process. My wife and I were slightly worried about flying for first time in a hot air balloon but the pilot was incredible and the safety briefing beforehand was very informative and set our minds at ease.

Spectacular balloon. Orlando who handled crack... had it all clear and explained. All good service. Yasir was our driver, super respectful and a crack driving in the dunes. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing experience. The entire experience was done by a professional team . pick up at the hotel was on time , driver was very friendly . All the crew associated with the hotel air balloon experience was great . very friendly . went into detail about the ride for us first time riders . will recommend them to anyone.

We enjoyed the hot air balloon ride, it was simply beautiful. Regina and her crew made us feel comfortable, as we were hesitant about the ride. I will say that the landing was rough as expected...do your research. We would highly recommend this service.
