The coastal Highway 101 is just about as bike friendly as it gets, with designated bike lanes, or shared lanes where bikes may take the entire lane.

Find the Meditation Gardens in Encinitas, stop for a slice at Leucadia Pizzeria, or grab some coffee from Lofty Coffee in the Cedros Avenue Design District of Solana Beach. Your electric bike rental will open up the opportunities to go further and see more than you would have though possible in a day. We provide you with the bike, helmet, lock, and the local knowledge to help you navigate our beautiful coastline. Please note that beach riding is illegal and will incur a $300 cleaning fee for each bike to cover the labor and costs of completely going through the bike to ensure it will continue to work.

5.00Second time here - had a great time renting e-bikes for a couple hours and going up to Encinitas and then over to the coastal rail trail. Elias is super friendly and we had a fun time.

5.00Amazing experience from start to finish. Elias went above and beyond to help us select the right bike and work with our schedule for receiving and returning the bike - including picking it up. He is a knowledgeable enthusiast and as we are considering a future purchase for a young person he also really emphasized safety and made excellent recommendations on that as well. I am not a biker and have never rented before and this was an ideal experience.

5.00This area was so gorgeous to explore by E-bike. We had an absolute blast. The Cal Coast crew had excellent suggestions from what to see, what to eat to where to surf. Very friendly and informative on how to work e-bikes if it’s your first time.
