5.00My family of 5 booked a 7 days fully guided tour from BNT for Hanoi, Hoi An, Danang and Hue. This included a overnight stay on a cruise in Halong Bay. We were happy with the itinerary planned by Ms. Tam of BNT, except for 1 or 2 locations, which were not to our liking. Overall, the the complete tour were very pleasant and enjoyable for us. The guides provided by BNT were knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle provided by BNT were spacious and clean. Free Wifi were provided by some of the BNT vehicles, which were a surprise for us. Ms. Tam was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries and request. Would recommend BNT for your travel to Vietnam.
