You'll visit Hue Imperial City – the former administrative center as well as the accommodation of 13 Kings of the Nguyen Dynasty - the last feudatory Empire of Vietnam.
Visiting Thien Mu Pagoda will give you a clearer view of the spiritual culture of the Vietnamese people and sightseeing the majestic scenery of Perfume river.
It's also a special spotlight to admire the tombs of Khai Dinh King & experience architectural & religious influence of France. Such a nice experience to know more about the old time of Southeast Asia culture.

Thank you for coming to our fantastic Da Nang. Be ready for a 1-day memorable adventure with our local expert! 7:30am: We'll pick you up from the hotel in Da Nang city center and drive along the coastal beach of Da Nang Bay before coming to Hue for our amazing trip.
Hai Van Pass
On the way to Hue City, we'll stop to visit the magnificent Hai Van Pass for its breathtaking natural beauty & stunning panoramic views. As one of the most scenic coastal roads in Vietnam, it offers a mesmerizing blend of lush green mountains & crystal-clear blue waters of the East Sea. Additionally, the pass is steeped in history, having been a strategic military location during the Vietnam War. Don't forget to listen many unique & interesting stories about it from our local guide. From there, you can enjoy the panorama view of Da Nang City, Tien Sa Port and Son Tra Peninsula. It stands at 500m above sea level, making it the highest pass in Vietnam.

5.00Very informative tour. Sky our tour guide was through in his explanation of the history and culture behind each site visited. Answered questions and even helped me out in a quick emergency. Food provided during lunch was also good and plenty. The other members of the groups was also friendly and interacted with us. Highly encourage joining a small group tour.

5.00Great day exploring Hue and the Citadel. Ms. Oanh was an incredibly enthusiastic and engaging guide who kept the energy high throughout. There was a short delay in the morning, but it was clearly and promptly communicated. The lunch was very tasty, and the talks were informative without being too long, leaving plenty of time for photos and self-exploration. Highly recommended.

5.00Our experience with the Hue City and The Citadel via Hai Van Pass Daily Small Group Tour was genuinely one of the highlights of our time in central Vietnam. From start to finish, the day was beautifully organized and incredibly enriching. Candy (Thao) was fantastic. She brought Hue’s history to life with so much passion, clarity, and warmth. Whenever either of us had a question, Candy gave thoughtful, engaging answers, and she always made sure everyone in the group felt included and comfortable throughout the long day. Her knowledge of the history, architecture, and cultural context of the sites we visited made the experience far more meaningful than just sightseeing on our own. The scenery along the Hai Van Pass was breathtaking and offered amazing photo opportunities — Candy even helped point out the best viewpoints and took group photos for us, which we really appreciated. We visited major highlights including the Imperial City (The Citadel), Thien Mu Pagoda, and Khai Dinh’s Tomb, all rich in history and absolutely worth the visit. The included lunch was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for the afternoon. Transportation was comfortable and well-timed, and we also enjoyed the short stop at Lang Co Beach. This tour is excellent value considering the scenery, cultural depth, entrance tickets, lunch, and the quality of guidance throughout the day. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang who wants a scenic, cultural, and well-run day trip to Hue.
