We booked this tour to see the Hai Van pass and the Citadel at Hue. We also wanted to catch the train back to Da Nang in the afternoon, so we left the tour after lunch. Candy, our guide, was very informative about the history and features of the Citadel. The last dynasty of Emperors was quite fascinating. The drive each way was about two hours, the train ride was beautiful and 3.5 hours. Try to get on the LHS of the train if you do it.

Harry (Phuc) was our guide for the day tour of Hue. He was a great guide, knew his history, and made sure we had clear instructions for each place we visited. Bottled water was provided, and lunch catered for different dietary requirements. Our small group had 10 people, our driver was very good and safe, but the van did not have great leg room and felt slightly cramped, especially on the 2 hour drive back to Danang. Harry was great at offering to take photos, and knew all the best spots.

This was a very well organised tour. The transport was fairly new, spacious and very clean. Our guide Tom was very personable, spoke good english and was very knowledgable. He told us lots about what we were seeing and also answered all of our questions. Lunch was excellent. The driver was very safe. It was a good day, good value, and I recommend to everyone.

We had the pleasure of visiting Huè accompanied by Miss Banana guide and it was a really beautiful experience. He is a very knowledgeable, kind and always smiling guide, able to explain the history and culture of the place in a clear and engaging way. During the visit she was also very attentive to our needs: to help me better understand some explanations, she even shared with me a text in Italian. It was a very appreciated gesture that shows how much I care about making visitors live a complete and pleasant experience. Thanks to his passion and availability, the visit to Huè was even more interesting and memorable. I highly recommend Miss Banana to anyone who wants to discover this wonderful city with a competent and caring guide.

Great, full day visiting a number of sites despite the rain. Lots of information given about each place and plenty of time to see each site. Traditional Vietnamese lunch was lovely and our host ‘Miss Banana’ was enthusiastic and a super guide
