The Imperial City is the most important historical and cultural sight, occupies a prominent place in the middle of the city. It look like a walled fortress and palace belonged to the ancient city of Hue which was a capital city of the Nguyen Dynasty (13 kings) for 140 years dating back from 1805 until 1945. 5.00We had an amazing experience. Although we booked last time , the manager helped us organize our personalized Hue tour! Half of us moved with motorbikes and the rest with car. All the drivers were professionals and helpful. Value for money experience , we totally recommend it!

5.00Highly recommend this private tour which is limited to 12 people max! Our group was just us on the day and a family of 5 and we were looked after by our tour guide Nee who was very informative. It's covers a lot of sights in a 7-8hr day including a visit to the pagoda by boat, a tour around the imperial city and dong ba market with a lovely lunch break and foot spa at My Home hosted by Ny (the owner) before finishing at two tombs one traditional and one modern. Just make sure you are prepared ahead for the day as it is currently very hot! Great value and experience! Ben & Scott

5.00My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour to the Pagoda and the temple. the lunch was absolutely fantastic, a good choice of vegetable beef and chicken.Then you get the option to bathe your feet and make mungbean cake , very enjoyable and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend.

5.00Loved, loved our tour. Ruby is the best! She’s fluent in English. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and has such positive energy. The driver was safe! Lunch was delicious! I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know Hue. Although it was so hot. We had such a blast. The tour was so well-organized. Don’t hesitate to book.

5.00This was a fantastic tour from start to finish. Our guide, Trinh, could not have been any more friendly, knowledgeable, strategic. Our communication was impeccable. Even in really hot weather, the Tour was paced so well that we managed to cover more ground than I would’ve thought possible: Thien Mu, old Citadel, Incense village, and the tombs of 2 of the Nguyen dynasty. Our lunch was super delicious and our welcome to the home stay was genuine. Through often skeptical of lodging booked tours, I was really impressed at what a fantastic connection this was from Linda at the Scarlett Boutique Hotel. This tour offers rich historical perspective of the unique and multifaceted history of Hue, and it will make you feel more at home in the place you visit.
