5.00Great tour guide in a local lady called Lotus!! Informative and knew the history like it was out of a book! Sites were magnificent and the lunch was traditional and beautiful! Making our own Vietnamese pudding was magic and the feet therapy was a huge relief! To add the driver we had was lovely and most of all very very safe! Thanks Lotus, the best tour guide so far!! 5.00Do this tour!! Trinh was a perfect guide: super knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and a very obliging photographer. We had a great day and it was amazing how much we managed to fit in. Driver (“Hero”) was diligent and friendly too, and of course a very good driver. A small group tour is a nice balance - getting to meet some fellow travellers without feeling like you’re suddenly part of a huge crowd being carted around.

It should be mentioned somewhere in this tour description that there are lots of steep steps on this tour that could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Also Viator has to update what is included in this tour since we were contacted the evening before our tour by the local tour company to inform us we had to an additional 420,000 by person

5.00Our tour guide Ms. Ruby was genuinely extremely well informed and i really really enjoyed the history lessons that she gave us. We had a really long day before coming here and everyone was so friendly and warm and welcoming. The food was also really delicious. Ms. Ny even got us special chillies from her hometown. It was a really nice gesture. Later we soaked our feet in a hot water bath and that helped us relax a lot. We even learnt making traditional Vietnamese sweets. Everything was exceptionally great.

It shows all the highlights of Hue in a single day and you even get to have a delicious local lunch and make your own little Hue pastries while enjoying a foot bath! I highly recommend this tour 😁

5.00We had a really great experience on this tour. Everything was very well organized, and the team did an excellent job helping us manage our time so we could get to all the places we wanted to see in one day. It did feel a bit rushed at moments, but only because we did so much — which we actually appreciated, since it allowed us to experience a lot in a short amount of time. Throughout the day, we felt very well taken care of. The people who served us food were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and they constantly offered us more food, making sure we were full and happy. The meals were delicious and felt very thoughtful rather than rushed or transactional. We also loved the little experiences along the way, like getting to feed the koi fish at the restaurant and a relaxing foot soak, which was such a nice and unexpected touch after a busy day. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience feel special. Overall, this was a wonderful tour and a great choice if you want to see a lot, be taken care of, and experience genuine hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam.
