5.00Best whanau day out! My kids enjoyed the jetboat with their Papa, unreal experience.The restaurant at prawn farm was epic, food was unbelievable.

5.00We had such an awesome time on the jetboats! Caleb was a fantastic driver and getting up close and personal with the Huka Falls was really magical. Highly recommend if you're looking for something fun to do in Taupo!

1.00I am being over charged by trip advisor. It is $89 like that and we live in New Zealand so it’s pretty obvious that the dollar is NZD I was very happy then i booked it for 2 and i go to ride and it was very good and when i come back and I checked my account it the amount deducted was $320 i was shocked and checked the site again what happened then what i see it say & $89 But when I scroll at the end then it says us$ No one go that deep So i feel like i got scammed because i was getting cheaper price then them but because of their cheeky technique i got scammed. I ask for 45% refund as well but they refused and said operator didn’t approve it. Why would operator approve it it’s not their fault you have to approve . I would recommend everyone that don’t book from them go there and book it’s cheaper over there. I request you as well to change your website a bit so that it doesn’t happen to anyone again and i am still waiting for my refund from this review please look into it. Because i am out of my budget please refund.please please please
