4.00While the experience was wonderful and the jet boat driver was a great man, the organizers at the waiting gave us a bad experience. We were booked at 2:pm and they advised us to go on the first boat , for some reason they decided to let the group who was supposed to be on the next boat to take our boat and then asked us to leave the boat, which was ridiculous. When I asked the lady why this happened, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she said yes she knows but we were supposed to be there but it was fine!

5.00We had a fantastic experience on the Huka Falls jet boat ride — it was an absolute blast from start to finish. The ride was thrilling and lots of fun, with incredible scenery along the way. Arthur was a great boat pilot who kept everyone entertained while making the experience feel exciting and safe. Be sure to bring your own spray jacket, as it’s very beneficial. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

5.00Really fun way to get close up to Huka Falls. Super fast jet boat that has the usual 360 degree spins and a little bit of commentary thrown in. You will get a bit wet depending on where in the boat you sit. Have been on a few jet boats and this is as good as the best of them.

5.00This was a hoot of an experience all around. The check in and waiting to get on the boat was a bit lame, but once on the boat, it was awesome. Our driver was so damn skilled at what he does. He was consistently inches away from hitting something in the water or on shore, which made for a very exciting experience. We appreciated his informed and professional comments too. If you like water thrills, this is a great one.

5.00We were very excited to go in the jetboat, but there was no need for that! It was exciting and the 360 spins were amazing. Our captain/guide Scott shared fun and interesting facts and we felt incredibly safe. If you are in doubt about this but find it too exciting I can only say: do it!
