From September, the tour includes even more food and a third drink— better value than ever. You’ll explore hidden alleys, arcades, and eateries only locals know, stopping at five hand-picked spots we visit often. Enjoy 15+ dishes, 3 local drinks, and Osaka favourites like takoyaki, karaage, kushikatsu, udon, and oden among many others.

Shinsekai

Time permitting, we’ll take a short stroll around Shinsekai—an often-overlooked area packed with hidden gems, fun facts, and sights to discover.

Tsutenkaku

Walk past Tsutenkaku, the famous landmark tower that is the focal point of the area and see where kushikatsu all began. Walk through the streets that over a century ago, were designed to bring a western feeling to Osaka.

Anna was really lovely and knowledgeable. We visited some amazing food stops and she really checked in to make sure we were enjoying the food and were comfortable. Communication was also fantastic and she really engaged with us all. About the food, where we were from and what we liked most. The karaage was amazing, and the frozen ice cream/mochi sticks really rounded out the night. Discovered a love of sours too! The food at every stop was top notch though and the history behind the food and/or the establishment was interestingly explained. Anna made the night and we met some super friendly and nice people from around the world. Would highly recommend this tour and Anna especially

Had a fantastic time with the tour! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Anna was fantastic! The way she talked and interacted with the other restaurant owners made it feel like we were with a true member of the local community. The next time someone tells us they are heading to Japan we will definitely recommend the tour!

Anna was such an enthusiastic guide! She brought to much energy to the food tour, had so much information about the city, and the places we went to have some of the best food I had on my entire Japan trip. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST time on our Osaka food tour with our guide, Adam! He was absolutely excellent—funny, knowledgeable, and super engaging the entire time. Adam gave us great insight into Osaka’s food culture while keeping everything light and entertaining. And the food… wow. We tried so many delicious street food favorites we never would’ve found on our own. Every stop was amazing. This tour was a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Adam enough. If you’re visiting Osaka and want great food with a great guide, book this! 🍢🍜✨
