What To Expect
Shinsekai
Time permitting, we’ll take a short stroll around Shinsekai—an often-overlooked area packed with hidden gems, fun facts, and sights to discover.
Tsutenkaku
Walk past Tsutenkaku, the famous landmark tower that is the focal point of the area and see where kushikatsu all began. Walk through the streets that over a century ago, were designed to bring a western feeling to Osaka.

5.00We had a rocky start. My family of five and my brother‘s family of three were traveling together. We booked our food tours separately and thought we would be in the same tour since we picked the same time. But we were separated as there were multiple groups. But after they understood the circumstances, Anna quickly made changes and accommodated for us to be in the same group. Which I know it’s not an easy process. They really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. And that’s just the beginning. The food tour was so so much fun! Our tour guide (Anna) had the best personality ever! We truly felt like a family before the night was over, including Anna and the other 3 in our group. there were 11 of us total in our group. We stopped at five amazing restaurants and loved all of them with maybe the exception of, the octopus balls, which even still quite an experience for us to at least try. We left with very full belly’s. We had our three children with us (16, 13 and 10), and again, Anna was so wonderful with them. They were following her around by the end of the night asking her questions about all the things. She was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. She was wonderful explaining about the cultures and background of the different foods we were eating. It made it so much more fun. I would highly recommend this tour, and definitely ask for Anna!

5.00We really enjoyed our food tour! Alex was uniquely entertaining in explaining the historic significance of various landmarks we passed along the tour. The food and drink drink were were delicious and we made friends with the other guests. This was by far the best group food tour we’ve ever been on! I highly recommend this tour with our guide, Alex!!
