Booking, getting nothing and money away

1.00The boat trip was cancelled due to bad weather, but there was no bad weather. Then we don't get our money back. Also getyourguide that Ibiza boaters is affiliated with, responds only with confirmation of receipt. We have lost almost 300 euros and no one is willing to respond or refund. So don't book anything here unless you want to throw your money away.

5.00This is a “MUST” do experience when you visit IBIZA. Your own private boat and “brilliant captain ROBERTO” for an unforgettable morning. Lovely clean facilities onboard and drinks and tapas were excellent. San Miguel-Wine -Water and cans of pop also included with your booking.DONT expect 5 star food and drink -just ENJOY what is available and relax to take in the atmosphere and beauty that is IBIZA…..ROBERTO couldn’t have been more helpful-making sure everyone got what they wanted. Paddle boards -snorkels were placed into the water when we stopped for anyone to use- you can feed the fish…Bluetooth speaker onboard so we could play our own music. Such a FABULOUS morning we booked the day after and did it all again -to another part of the island…THANKS SO MUCH ROBERTO …..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

We booked it for a hen do and the whole group said this was their favourite day - Not only did they help me change the timing prior to the booking the whole experience start to finish was fab! Rowan our captain kept us fed , watered and busy with many activities whilst on board. Beautiful views across the island too! 20/10 would recommend and especially this particular company - worked out £60 each with food and drink included for the whole day.

5.00We went on a private sunset tour for my wife’s birthday with two children and two grandparents. Roberto was a superb skipper and host, taking us to a beautiful cove to enjoy snorkelling and paddle boarding. He then took us to a spot by cafe mambo to enjoy the amazing sunset. Nothing was too much trouble and the ambience was amazing. Nice selection of tapas and drinks and did not feel rushed at all. Roberto combined being engaging and also giving us space to enjoy time as a family. An amazing experience and we would definitely book with Ibiza tours again if we come back to the island. Five stars - well worth it and a perfect way to spend an evening. Thank you!

5.00We had the most wonderful day on the private sailboat with Roberto as our captain. He looked after us so well and had such a calm, genuine way about him—nothing was too much trouble. The boat was spotless and felt very comfortable for our group. We could swim and enjoy the paddle boards and water bikes, the tapas spread was honestly delicious. Watching the sunset from the deck was the highlight of our holiday. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

1.00Unreliable service DO NOT BOOK!! I had flown out with my family for the day just to do the boat for my mums birthday. They cancelled last minute as soon as we had landed. I was not able to get an immediate refund so we weren’t able to book another excursion. They offered an alternative which wasn’t even close to the one we originally booked. They were very unprofessional and ignored my message when I was asking a question about rebooking. So please take your money somewhere else!

5.00Friendly crew, nice captain with his dog. In the bay where we would normally go the water was too wild so sailed a little further to the next bay. Nice place, ideal. Snorkel gear, paddle board and pedal boat done. There was watermelon and tapas provided, more than enough too. Drinks you could ask for. Trip is ideal in terms of hours to get away, especially as a family with young children.

2.00Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with our overall experience. There were 8 of us in total and we were super excited for our boat excursion with premium tapas and alcohol on a beautiful sailboat in the Mediterranean. Things got started off on not so great footing when we were met with quite a bit of attitude from the captain when we called asking for clarification on the directions since the address on the listing didn’t take us to the correct location. We were trying to get a hold of the tour operator for several minutes, leading us to be 6 minutes, causing him to give us attitude. We booked a private tour and were lost with directions, I highly doubt that warrants ANY attitude. We get on the boat and it’s explained that the “premium alcohol” is beer, 2 bottles of wine, and water…. There is nothing premium about that and the listing also made it seem like liquor would be available. Furthermore, the “premium tapas” (at this point, I’m not sure what they were trying to describe as “premium” because nothing was) was sliced pineapple, a few slices of manchego, salami, olives, and a Spanish omelette…. Again none of this would have been a problem had it not been advertised as “premium”. Finally, we get to our destination and we are in the water for 45-60 minutes before the captain says we have to leave…. Turns out, he took us to a location that was an HOUR boat ride away, so we waisted our entire day getting to the spot and leaving the spot instead of even getting to enjoy the water. The best part about this boat was the ample space to lay out and the sound system. Otherwise, we were incredibly disappointed in our experience and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a fun “premium” boat day in the water.
