As you sail, admire the mountains of El Yunque National Forest and Fajardo’s coastline of beaches, an upscale yacht harbor and a nature preserve. Cayo Icacos
After an hour on the Caribbean Sea, anchor at Cayo Icacos, part of La Cordillera Keys Nature Reserve. (Depending on conditions, the captain may take you to Palominitos, another pristine island.) Slip on snorkel gear to explore the reef, swim, or beachcomb in this quiet paradise. Snorkel masks, fins, and floating belts are available on board. Around midday, enjoy a lunch buffet on the boat. Build your own sandwich with freshly baked bread, sliced meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Sides include gourmet pasta salad, chicken salad, coleslaw, bean salad, chips, cookies, and fresh fruit. After lunch, head to a nearby reef for more snorkeling. Spot rays, octopuses, colorful fish, and various corals. If you prefer to stay dry, watch the underwater landscapes through glass windows or try the boat’s water slide. As an LCSW who values human connection and cultural integrity, I’ve been deeply moved by the warmth of Puerto Rico, and this excursion was no exception. The catamaran sail to Icacos was a highlight of my trip. What truly stood out wasn't just the breathtaking turquoise water, but the integrity of the crew. They were incredibly attentive to every guest’s needs, but I was most impressed by their commitment to the environment. They were diligent about recycling and ensuring not a single piece of trash entered our beautiful ocean. It’s rare to see a tour operator so dedicated to preserving the natural beauty they share with others. A must-do if you want a professional, eco-conscious, and heartwarming experience

Highly recommend this day trip to Icacos + snorkeling - a day my family will always remember. The crew was so attentive, the drinks and lunch were great, and we were the first boat to the island so we had the whole beach to ourselves for a little bit before any other boats arrived. A dolphin came right up to our boat and swam right with us as we were anchored on the beach - it was amazing swimming with a dolphin in the wild. The snorkeling was so fun and my kids loved being able to jump off the boat and go down the water slide. Such a great value for an incredible day. Captain Jose and the crew made it a day we will never forget. Worth every penny!

The crew gave us an excellent and friendly service! We enjoyed so much and would do it again! Don’t remember all their names but than u Cecilia, Christian and Luis that encouraged me to get in the water on my own trying to fight my fears. My husband and I are more than grateful and happy! All the crew, thanks!

If you’re going to PR, don’t miss this tour. THE BEST SERVICE I’ve ever seen/received. There is not one thing I didn’t like about this tour. They were helpful in every way. They cut fruits fresh in front of us, if something falls, they clean it immediately, people came up after being on the beach and brought sand on board, they immediately power washed it. We went there with 3 little toddlers and 2 adults who didn’t know how to swim. They did their best to help all of us to get to the shore and back. We spent in total 6 hours and everything was managed perfectly. They had proper sitting for everyone. It wasn’t too crowded. Fun atmosphere. And cherry on top, a DOLPHIN came to play with us. We had the best experience. The crew was AMAZING. I don’t think there are any crew this perfect, every single one of them. Cana, Danny, Javier,… don’t remember everyone’s name but I thank them all. I will be recommending them to everyone and I ever plan for PR again, I’m going to their tour again no doubt in that.
