We did end up having to pay for 1 unused adult ticket because when we first order our tickets we were only charged for two adults when we were trying to purchase 2 kids tickets as well. We ended up having to purchase an additional adult ticket in order to purchase the additional kids tickets.

2.00It's an ok experience, rainbow lake is not a lake but an over sized swimming pool. The paddling isn't for the physically unfit. We went around the entire area in 14 minutes, fyi. Definitely needs more lighting. It's a cute novelty.

1.00I wish I could give zero stars. I never even got to visit this place, but they still took my money!. I tried contacting them multiple times for a refund or at least an explanation, but got no helpful response. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful with your money!
