We did end up having to pay for 1 unused adult ticket because when we first order our tickets we were only charged for two adults when we were trying to purchase 2 kids tickets as well. We ended up having to purchase an additional adult ticket in order to purchase the additional kids tickets.

2.00It's an ok experience, rainbow lake is not a lake but an over sized swimming pool. The paddling isn't for the physically unfit. We went around the entire area in 14 minutes, fyi. Definitely needs more lighting. It's a cute novelty.

1.00I wish I could give zero stars. I never even got to visit this place, but they still took my money!. I tried contacting them multiple times for a refund or at least an explanation, but got no helpful response. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful with your money!

4.00Have a fun time with moderate exercise. Must make reservation ahead of time. But it is easy and worth it! Recommend making a reservation for early evening, as the sunset is the perfect time to cruise on the lake. Save time to ride the nearby Ferris wheel too!

1.00The swan my husband and I were on seemed to not work properly. It was very windy so we’re turned around several times. They allowed too many people at the same time and we kept bumping into others. We wanted this experience to be relaxing and romantic and it turned out to be a nightmare. I do not recommend!

1.00The Swan ride was advertised on TripAdvisor’s site for Long Beach, WA when the Swan ride was actually located in Long Beach, CA. I called within minutes of booking and due to the phone staff not knowing where these two locations are (1,088 miles apart) I had a difficult time TRYING to cancel it. It’s not a great deal of money but I will work hard to dissuade potential TripAdvisor users to try an alternative using my unsatisfactory experience.
