Energizing transportation day through Bangkok

Outstanding day in Bangkok. I recommend Geng as your tour guide. We traveled through Bangkok on foot, Airport train, sky train, subway, tuk-tuk, city bus, pubic ferry. It was a great adventure to Chinatown where Geng helped us navigate street food and shopping will helping us communicate. We took a tuk-tuk to Wat Pho and a public ferry to Asiatique then a city bus and train to a night market. Fantastic day - 20,000 steps to experience the people, places, culture and food of Thailand.

This was a private tour & Mr Tee listened carefully to our requests about the day. We wanted to walk & learn how to use public transport. We wanted to see parts of Bangkok that were not the main tourist attractions. We had a fantastic day, walking, using the sky train, taxi boat & tuk tuk. We saw shrines, markets, parks & different parts of the city. Lunch was at a restaurant by the river overlooking temples. It was an amazing day. Mr Tee checked constantly to make sure we were still happy walking & when we finally got tired, switched to a tuk tuk. His English was excellent. Thank you, Mr Tee!

Beware: unlike many private tours, this does not include a car, entrance fees or transportation fees. You get a guide and nothing else, and the only thing the guide contributes is telling you how much money to pay at each step. And because you are using (often standing room only) public transport, it can take an hour and a half instead of a half-hour car ride. But the Grand Palace is very nice - just get there some other way!

This was an amazing experience. Tee was great. Our day was completely customized based on only what we wanted to see. We took all forms of public transport, which only added to the experience. He gave us all sorts of history and fun facts. We loved it and made the most of our 8 hrs. Thank you Tee.

We did the private tour. It was ok. It was disorganized and lots of dead time. If you do this tour, YOU are responsible for figuring out the Itinerary. If transportation is need, the it is YOUR responsibility to figure that out too. Good Luck
