Provide pick up and drop off from your hotel. We spent slightly more than an hour to the destination. The tour leader speaks English and she was humorous yet informative. We get a chance to paint our own conical hat and at the incense making factory we learned the process of incense making. Ended the tour with colourful incense background for photography.

Very interesting day tour. We had so much fun in painting hat and know how to make incense. Our tour guide, kevin, very friendly and patiently wait for us when we needed to go to toilet. And he gave information quite detail.

Our day tour with Ms Loulou and Mr. Viet was the highlight of our Hanoi Vietnam trip, offering incredible value and authentic experiences. The price was more than reasonable for a day packed with visits to three distinct scenic locations, seamlessly blending sightseeing with hands-on cultural immersion. The itinerary was perfectly paced. We began in the serene countryside, where the real magic happened. At Hà Tai Village, we tried our hand at making our own lacquer piece under expert guidance—a messy, meticulous, and deeply satisfying process that gave us a newfound appreciation for the craft. The fun continued as we painted our own conical hats, a wonderful and personal souvenir to take home. Later, the visual spectacle at the incense village in Quang Phú Câu was a photographer's dream; the bundles of vibrant colors of incense sticks drying even in the rainy day created an unforgettable, picture-perfect backdrop. What's more was Loulou helped directing us for shooting more beautiful pictures in nice posture. A true highlight was the home-cooked lunch prepared by a lovely female artisan. It wasn't just a meal; it was a taste of authentic local life, with fresh, flavourful dishes that far exceeded any restaurant experience. Throughout the day, Loulou took exceptional care of us. Her warmth, knowledge, and passion for her culture were evident in every story she shared, making the day both educational and fun. Mr. Viet navigated the roads with calm expertise, ensuring a comfortable journey between stops. This tour was more than just a day out; it was a heartfelt connection to the people and traditions of Vietnam, all thanks to their wonderful care.
