It was a fun half day out to the villages. The incense village really is an Instagram backdrop so get ready for a photoshoot. The hat making was super cool to see! Great painting activity for the kiddos

Incredible day spent with our guide Vu who made sure our group was taken care of well. He is clearly passionate about sharing his country’s culture and history. I loved the colorful incense village and the way the hats are made blew my mind! Our lunch was phenomenal and I learned to love pomelos. I really enjoyed the laquer activity - if I had a bigger suitcase I think It would be full! I am proud of my creation and I will treasure it as a reminder of a great day. My favorite part was getting to meet our guide’s grandparents and hearing about their life. Their hospitality and warmth was everything!

Rachel was our guide for the day and was very attentive especially I did the tour solo. Was a fun day making the art, painting the hats and visiting the Incense factory. The home cooked lunch was also excellent, a great way to spend time with the locals.
