Excellent communication prior and the day of the excursion. Everything was customized to accommodate a disability which was so appreciated. Putu was our guide and he was on time, had a very comfortable mini van and very knowledgeable plus he shared many aspects of the culture with us. Highly recommend.

The sights were great. Travellers should be aware the traffic is horrendous and much of the time is spent in the car.

We had a tour with Dewa, he was fantastic! We made it out to the elephant rescue, and the monkey forest before stopping for some famous Bali coffees. We could not have asked for a better day.

Driver was not knowledgeable about sites or closing times. We missed some things since we were late and gallery or museum was closed. Driver told us some places we wanted to go were a waste or not worth it but we wanted to go …fortunately we got to the museum in time(15 minutes before close and it was great…but we only had 15 minutes! Just know you are only getting a driver and insist on what you want to do.
