  Last min was able find the ticket same day, I had bad experience at another place. They contacted me right away, made sure I got my tickets. They text and email the PDF. My husband and I are only here for long weekend, we booked a month advance at another location. They canceled the morning of. I would def recommend this to ANY ONE

  Very educational. Get to see city from the bay and see what is at other docks. Worth a visit to Alcatraz and the second boat trip in bay is good, get to go under the bridge. But if trying to see Golden Gate Bridge it is generally fogged in, so clear day may be rare. I understand there is certain times of year that are best. However; you do see Bay bridge, which was an engineering as well, but not as famous. Should promote the Bay bridge more. Liked heading back to dock from Alcatraz and we had to yield to massive Cargo ship which is impressive.

  This is a must see if you come to San Francisco. Be sure and get the earliest vote out that you can. It gets extremely crowded. I highly recommend taking the free headsets

  I purchased the combo Inside Alcatraz and the one hour boat tour. Both were non refundable. We received the link to the tickets in 2 days. Could not open either link so had to call customer service. He sent me a pdf with the qr code. It worked for Alcatraz which was exceptional. However did not work for the one hour cruise. Ticket taker at that venue would not accept the email for entrance. So we did not get the cruise and are out the money. I have never had a problem with trip advisor before but will seriously look at purchasing tickets at the venue from now on. I did pay money again to go on the cruise which was good. I could have purchased those tickets at the venues for much less than I paid for them via the tour group. Now on

  This was Such a fun experience and a must see if visiting San Francisco! The walkable terrain at Alcatraz is very hilly, so it might be hard to walk or push a chair for people with mobility issues. We had a great time

  Alcatraz was fine but was not able to use the golden gate voucher as the terminal was closed. Feel this was over priced as only able to do Alcatraz. Feel like I was duped with the cost as the golden gate ferry was not able to be accessed. Will not recommend. Blue and Gold Fleet want printed copies in a digital world and you can't even redeem your voucher once you find somewhere to print it.

  The ferry was comfortable and the tour was informative. The view pretty. You can see the city and the Golden Gate Bridge from the island
