  Alcatraz was fine but was not able to use the golden gate voucher as the terminal was closed. Feel this was over priced as only able to do Alcatraz. Feel like I was duped with the cost as the golden gate ferry was not able to be accessed. Will not recommend. Blue and Gold Fleet want printed copies in a digital world and you can't even redeem your voucher once you find somewhere to print it.

  The ferry was comfortable and the tour was informative. The view pretty. You can see the city and the Golden Gate Bridge from the island

  It was a shame a lot of Alcatraz was under construction. I’d been before and had a great experience, I didn’t feel that this time.

  Magnificent time with my best friend! Alcatraz is a type of attraction which you should take your time with to learn and digest the history so come early as possible! Do not come in the evening or you’ll have to speed run/rush! Make sure to eat breakfast before hand as the boat ride only has snacks. (ex: Cheetos, Cookies, Granola Bars etc.) Aside from that, Alcatraz is a must go-to for first time San Fransisco visitors. :)

  We booked the alcatraz and bay cruise as a combo. We were canceled by you for the alcatraz tour but you did not cancel the bay cruise. However when we rebook with anyone else, it's sold as a combo. I am not taking the bag cruise 2x. Did not refund the bay cruise portion. Would highly recommend you check with other companies, prices are better and communication is much better.

  Great experience. Hike up to Alcatraz is quite steep but great views from the top. Guided tour was very interesting. Great to learn about the history. Boat ride was choppy but enjoyable. If you do the bay cruise, you must pre-print your voucher - wish we were told about this earlier. Bay cruise is beautiful.

  This was an boat trip ti Alcatraz where you can do an audio guided tour. The audio was well done with interesting facts and historical perspectives of the island. I recommend this trip. The blue and gold cruise to the Golden Gate Bridge was also nice. The only drawback was the difficult process of scheduling and getting my tickets through Trip Advisor
