1.00This was an all around terrible experience. After confirming with the group multiple times that they would provide car seats for my two kids they showed up with no car seats. They put us in a janky vehicle with benches bolted to the floor and non-working seat belts, speaker wires strewn about, a cooler sliding around at every turn, and a vehicle that was just generally more fit for moving cattle than a family of four. The fast track service folks were friendly but we still waited in line at customs for a long while. The people apologized for the wait and shared they were short staffed which led to not having someone holding our place in line. We cancelled our return trip with them - that’s how bad it was. I tried to message the tour company multiple times over multiple days and they ghosted me until I messaged Viator. Then the messaged me back and offered $40 back for the experience. After spending $500+ for a “VIP experience” and being made to endure a 2 hour ride with no safety restraints for me 1 and 7 year old kids and pregnant wife.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin was absolutely amazing! I booked a VIP round-trip transfer in St. Lucia, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, Kevin made sure I was comfortable—constantly checking in because of the winding roads and making sure I wasn’t feeling carsick. He pointed out beautiful St. Lucia landmarks along the way, which made the ride even more enjoyable. He also made sure I was well taken care of with cold water and even local beer. Professional, thoughtful, and truly hospitable. I highly recommend Kevin if you want a safe, comfortable, and memorable transfer experience in St. Lucia!

5.00The staff was great! They made sure we navigated quickly through the entry process! Also, our driver (Ravi) was a blast. We were hungry, so he stopped at a fantastic local spot for us to grab something. He also stopped at some very beautiful picture spots along the way. He was great! We highly recommend this to anyone coming to St. Lucia!!!

5.00This service was truly EXCEPTIONAL! I purposely waited until the roundtrip transfer was complete before I wrote my review. Prior to the arrival at the airport, I received several messages with info on the process, where to meet, and to let me know they were monitoring my flight. I sent an email detailing the amount of luggage we had to make sure the vehicle could accommodate. They replied in minutes. They were waiting upon our arrival and provided a smooth transition through customs and to our driver. Our driver from Island Taxi and Tour was personable and considerate. Two days before our departure, I received confirmation of the time they would be at the resort to take us to the airport. I also was sent a reminder text. Our driver, Kevin, was on time and quite pleasant. He was so familiar with the back roads that he was able to bypass dead stopped traffic on the main highway to ensure our scheduled arrival at UVF. He went above and beyond expectations. This has been the best experience with arriving, Fast Tracking & departing an airport. It was well worth the price which was far less than what I would've paid at the resort!!!

1.00Better off using hotel transportation. We paid for private transportation to and from our resort to the airport, we were told we would receive beverages (alcoholic and non) as well as bottled water. Both trips did not give us beverages and on our trip from our resort to the airport the car we were picked up in had no working A/C

5.00Airport service and customs can be very slow depending on arrival time, we landed at 2pm and it was packed. Fast track probably saved us 45 min. The ride and driver, Vincent, was excellent. Stopped to grab some things on the way as well as take a few pictures. Ride to Soufrière wasn't bad at all like some other island roads, especially with a skilled driver who was easy on the gas, brakes, and turns. Would highly recommend this service if you value a stress free arrival

2.00Not sure if I booked the wrong thing, but the vehicle that picked us up was a very run down van with seatbelts that weren't functioning in every seat. Don't be fooled by the image of the new cars. That is not at all what you are getting, at least for the airport transfer service! The driver was very talented and kind though and the fast track worked well. Upon pick-up at the hotel for our return to the airport, they were 15 minutes late so we just hopped on the shared transfer provided in our vacation package which was in a well kept vehicle.
