What To Expect
The Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience
Located in the heart of Temple Bar—Dublin's Cultural Quarter—the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience is the only place in Ireland to celebrate Rock 'N' Roll. This 1.5-hour tour will take visitors on a historical musical journey, where you'll travel behind the scenes of some of Ireland's largest acts. This fully-guided tour has informative exhibits from Irish Rock 'N' Roll with access to one of Dublin's most legendary venues and recording studios. Over the years these facilities have hosted some of Ireland's most popular artists including Van Morrison, Thin Lizzy, Sinead O'Conner, and others. Discover more than just the music itself, this museum provides some insight into the lives and careers of the artists, and is a way to really walk in the footsteps of some of your musical heroes. At the end of the 75-minute tour, you finish in the middle of Temple Bar where you originally started the tour.

2.00I wasn't that happy about the tour. Guide was funny and knowledgable but i found it hard to understand her southamerican coloured accent. Video they showed us is not up to date. Money not thar well spent. In comparison i went to the Goal in the morning and paid 8 Euro. What a difference.

4.00Love the way this experience is designed as tour only and no audio guide but a real life enthusiastic guide and we had a good one: Sterling! Full of great stories but kept things moving and definitely catered to the group instead of strictly scripted. There was even a jam session room where Sterling played drums while accompanying a tour guest on guitar and singing! What a treat! Highly recommend this unique museum.

5.00Super interesting museum with lots of history and exciting things to see. Our tour guide Sterling was absolutely amazing, great knowledge, interesting stories and incredibly sweet and welcoming. And then he could play drums. If you like U2 and/or Thin Lizzy then this is a must
