Canoeing, a very popular activity, and SUP, a new activity from Hawaii, in the hirugi forest of Miyara River, a national natural treasure!
★"Phantom Island" is an island made of sandy beach floating in the ocean on the west side of Ishigaki Island. The name comes from the fact that it changes its shape depending on the tide level. You can swim with many fishes and corals in the surrounding sea! It is like a natural aquarium!

What To Expect
Important Tour Information Please read carefully for a safe and enjoyable experience: Punctuality & Contact: Be on time. Late/no-shows may be canceled with a fee. If delayed, contact us promptly. Pre-Tour Confirmation: We’ll send meeting info by the day before. Provide a Japan-based contact. No message by 6 PM? Contact “ISHIGAKI ADVENTURE PiPi” via ticket info. Late Bookings (after 5 PM): Meet directly at Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. Participation: Ages 3–59 only. *Children aged 3 to 11 may be guided to use a more stable canoe instead of SUP depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day. If you’re concerned about your physical strength or have a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance. Gear & Safety: Life jacket, fins, and mask required. Refusal may mean exclusion. Follow guide instructions. Weather: Runs rain or shine. May cancel if unsafe. Preparation: Wear swimwear. Use restroom in advance (none on-site). No alcohol allowed. Time: Meeting/end times may vary. Showers: Hot showers near terminal (ask guide). Language: Guided in Japanese or English. May be Japanese only.

5.00It was my first kayak in the morning with a slight cloudiness. "This is the kind of weather that's great for kayaking!" We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and Takhini Hot Spring tour. In the afternoon, it was my first time snorkeling. I thought it was shallow water snorkeling, but it was great fun to see lots of beautiful fish and coral reefs snorkeling at a depth of about 7 meters where there is no diving! I am glad that the guides were so kind in both cases! If you come to Ishigaki Island ◎

5.00The staff were friendly, cheerful and fun! ◆Balas Island Snorkeling It was amazing to see so many table corals! Physically, I had a lot of fun without any problems. It was amazing to see the staff, Mr. Kaji, diving deep in his snorkeling gear and taking pictures of us. lol ◆ Mangrove sup To be honest, the 28-year-old was physically tough on a small woman who usually works at her desk, but the staff, Koma-chan, was waiting for me to teach me some mangrove trivia and said, "Good lad!" I was happy to hear that they complimented me. The staff, Sei-chan, pulled me when I just couldn't catch up with the headwind and current, which was a big help. It was interesting to see some goby ones and crabs at the base of the mangrove! Canoeing might be better for the physically weak lol

5.00It was my first time canoeing with my wife and I, but thanks to the easy-to-understand guidance from the guide and the support we received even after we got out on the river, we really enjoyed the mangrove forest cruise! It was so much fun that I almost bought a canoe. I think this is a great activity where you can easily experience the nature of the stone walls. Thank you very much.
It was an unforgettable graduation trip!

5.00In canoeing, they taught me how to row carefully and kept pace, which I really enjoyed even in my first experience. They also gave us a detailed introduction to the plants and we were able to enjoy the mangroves gracefully. The weather was not good and the place changed, but we could see fish on many reefs and enjoyed beautiful sea views throughout. It was my first time snorkeling and I was confused by the snorkeling and found it difficult at first, but I was able to participate with peace of mind because my guide was always watching over me and talking to me. We were so happy to have so many wonderful photos taken of us, both canoeing and snorkeling, not only of us but also of the scenery! He also told me about various recommended spots on the way to and from school, which was very helpful, and all the recommended places were good and I fully enjoyed the stone walls! I hope to participate again at a different time!

5.00We had a fabulous experience on Ishigaki Jima! My husband and I absolutely loved our day. We kicked off the morning with snorkeling, and although it was a bit chilly, the water was warm, clear, calm, and making it perfect for spotting heaps of fish and even a couple of sea snakes. In the afternoon, we went stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) through the mangoves, which was equally stunning. A massive thank you to Diego, who captured so many incredible photos, and to the entire team whose energy and enthusiasm made this tour unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ishigaki Jima!
