Boat Transfer to Bird Island takes around 25 to 30 minutes. From there to Boca del Drago only around 5 to 10 minutes. From Boca del Drago to Starfish Beach the boat ride takes around 5 minutes. Unforgettable stay in Isla Colon , the most important island of BOCAS DEL TOROS , located on the border of Costa Rica . Surfing friends had booked us a house on stilts , a real haven of peace ... wakes up to the noise of small fishing boats that offer you their morning fishing ( lobster etc ) at very competitive prices. To reach BOCAS is done quickly, shuttles provide connections every half hour. I recommend to all this place out of time 👍👍👍👍

I have been living here 4 months, took the bus,350 $ great ride, nice people, ate at the first resturant, food was very good, walked for 3 hours, hit all little hidden beaches, one of the most beautful i have been to.

The "tours" in Bocas are more groups paying a boat driver who takes you to various locations. The drivers don't really know who they are taking on their "tours"...we waited thirty minutes while Tao Tours was communicating with our "guide" who was actually the guy waiting at the pier the entire time. Very disorganized. Our driver was very nice but these are not tours. They are group boat rides -- and they will stick up to 12 adults in a boat that is not overly spacious. Manage your expectations.
