5.00I thought Chocolate was Chocolate until we took this class. We had a wonderful time learning about chocolate and tasting many ways to use chocolate. Chef Erika was so informative and her Chocolate was absolutely wonderful! I'd do her class again and certainly will be an avid customer when she is able to ship to the United States!

5.00Lots of sweets. If you can't handle it don't go. Kind of cool inside also, bring a light jacket. The history presentation is excellent as well as the treats.

1.00We attempted to attend the tour on 12/31/2025. Upon arriving from the cruise ship, their island was celebrating their end of year holiday. Due to this, taxi services were limited and prices were quoted at over $100 to travel to Christiansted from Frederiksted. The tour operator failed to alert us of the likely issues with transportation on their local holiday and we were unable to attend the tour. After contacting them, were denied any refund (full or partial). If you’re taking a cruise ship into Frederiksted - save your money and go snorkeling instead.
