Ivanhoe Wines specialises in boutique and premium wines and are not available in bottle shops. Our wines are exclusively available from our Cellar Door.
Our team of wine hosts are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. We'll help you find wines that you love while you enjoy a friendly and informative wine experience.
We have a wide range of wines including white, reds and fortifieds wines. Our engraving facility also creates a unique opportunity to personalise your wine purchases, such as for birthdays and weddings.
Ivanhoe Wines is an 80 acre vineyard with stunning views of the vineyard.
We also have sculptures that make a lovely walk around worth while.

What To Expect
Join our friendly and knowledgeable team for a seated wine tasting with tips and hints about how to taste and evaluate wine. Please allow 45 minutes for the wine tasting experience. We'll help you find wines that you'll love! We have dry wines, sweet, white and red wines. We have soft and smooth reds right through to our Big & Gutsy reds. We also have bubbles and fortified wines. Please advise the time you would prefer on your booking. We'll do our best to secure this time for you and contact you on the number provided to confirm.

5.00Great experience guided by the legend Danny. Views and wines were outstanding, but the service provided by Danny made the tasting even better. We visited five wineries and Ivanhoe was the best one by far thanks to the gentleman who looked after us.
Wonderful experience and equally wonderful wines!

5.00We visited Ivanhoe as part of a private Hunter Valley winery tour from Sydney. We very much enjoyed talking with Danny and he made our experience special. We bought two bottles of wine and would have bought more but it would be too costly to ship it home to the US. I really hope we visit Australia again someday soon and we would definitely return!

5.00We are members and the view and the service keep us coming back to The hunter to try new wines and have a delicious cheese board of local delights, despite already getting the wines delivered to our door throughout the year. We took our children again this year and Danny and the team very accommodating and offered them a drink and colouring in to do. The kids love exploring the sculpture garden and looking for the geese. We love the generous serves and talking to The staff about the beautiful wines they make. Our favourite is the chambourcin!

5.00Great hospitality by Danny. Great wine. The tasting cost $15 for 6 wine. I came on Monday afternoon, so i am the only one there at that time, but overall it was a very great experience.

5.00Fantastic wine tasting experience. Visiting the Hunter Valley from Melbourne. Ivanhoe has a great reputation and this was my first visit there. We were welcomed and hosted by Natalie who made it a really enjoyable experience for our group of 6. Lovely environment and outlook. An excellent selection of wines catering for all tastes. Easy ordering. Thanks to Nat and the Ivanhoe team.

5.00Fantastic wine tasting experience and cheese platter at Ivanhoe Wines. Our host Robyn was great, very knowledgeable and passionate about wine. The four of us came away with a very positive experience and happy memories from a family owned and run winery. Check out the tawny port and hand engraved bottle.
