5.00We received prompt confirmation of tour booking and then confirmation of driver details the night before. There was a last minute switch of driver due to traffic, so we were collected about 30 minutes later than booked by our tour driver, Shakir, but it in no way detracted from the tour. Shakir was very polite and chatty. We then met our Tour guide Gaurav at the first attraction. We visited all of the attractions and Gaurav explained the significance of each of the buildings and their history. A thoroughly interesting and enjoyable day.

5.00Great experience from start to finish. Samir was my driver and Rohit was my tour guide, and both of them made the day memorable. Samir was incredibly friendly and personable. He, along with Rohit, kept the rides between destinations relaxed and enjoyable with light conversations and jokes (and sometimes less light and more serious topics, treated with candor I respected), which made the travel time feel just as pleasant as the sightseeing itself. Rohit was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and quite easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was how accommodating he was to m pace. I'm usually a bit hesitant about booking guided tours because I prefer exploring places without feeling rushed, but Rohit was understanding of that from the beginning. He encouraged me to take my time and ask questions whenever I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured to move on quickly, which made the experience feel more personal and relaxed. Samir and Rohit were a great team. Their friendly personalities, sense of humor, honesty, and professionalism fostered a comfortable atmosphere throughout the trip. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a tour of Jaipur. And this says little about the itinerary of the trip. To be frank, it's pretty standard: Amber Fort, Jawa Mahal, City Palace, etc. All must sees. A good tour guide and driver make the difference, and I think Rohit and Samir did.
