  This was SUCH an amazing tour! Honestly seamless, nothing was too long or too short, it felt fun and light but also we saw so much in one day! Mr T our tour guide was the best! Our pickup from Thavorn hotel was bang on time, we had breakfast and coffee at the Sawanu marina and then on the boat had plenty of water and snacks (I will say toilet on the boat was not great so note that) But lunch was delicious, the beach trips were great honestly no notes! Thanks for a great day and an easy way of seeing much more of Phuket The team also did such a great job of remembering our names which was really impressive considering how many people they had on different tours

  It was such a fun experience and absolutely worth the money. Our guide, Joon, was very informative, helpful, and truly a humble person. I really enjoyed the one day tour and would definitely recommend it.

  The service was 10/10 from the beginning, even before with the whatsapp communication being so quick and helpful. The driver was very friendly and we had a smooth journey to what was a lovely marina. Then we checked in with Warmer who was our guide for the day. I can’t give him enough praise for how friendly and excellent at his job he was. He was so witty and always greeted us so kindly and gave us all the information needed. The experience itself was amazing and we saw some beautiful sites and beaches and Warmer even took pictures for is at James Bond island. I would definitely book again with Sawanu.

  

  

  

  

• Disappointing Experience with Sawanu Travel

  We went on a family boat tour with Sawanu Travel, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. What was advertised as a fun and exciting trip turned out to be more of a money trap than anything else. At Monkey Island, we stopped for barely five minutes and didn’t see a single monkey. To swim, we were asked to pay an extra 2,500 baht a charge that was never mentioned beforehand. On top of that, we returned a water mask we had borrowed, but they claimed it wasn’t theirs and charged us an additional 1,500 baht for it. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and dishonest. Overall, we didn’t enjoy the tour, we didn’t get what was promised, and we were left feeling scammed. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Sawanu Travel , this is not a tour you want to take.

  This tour was exceptional, from the moment I booked the tour I received a WhatsApp msg with details of pick up location (when making a booking you choose the hotel you’re staying in)and time. The driver picked us from our hotel at the time given. The vehicle was very comfy and the driver was very friendly. It was an 8 seater van. In our van there 4 more other people. 6 in total. When we got to the Royal Phuket Marine, we signed in and where given wrist band. They directed us to our lounge where they had tea, coffee and light snacks for us. This was such a lovely touch. We got introduced to our guide called Mimi, she was brilliant, very knowledgeable and has a lovely humour. We got briefed what the tour entailed before we set off. They provided us with free towels each to borrow (have to return the towels at the end of the tour) The boat was very comfy, spacious and of a very high standard. Driver of the boat Tony and his co workers where very friendly and looked after us all and ensured our safety at all times. They provided us with water, local drinks, bananas and some lovely cakes which were available throughout the tour. We visited the islands and they where all so stunning and beautiful. We did the canouing which was a lovely experience. Food was provided at the village of Koh Panyee, known as floating village or theMuslim village. The buffet food was lovely with a great selection and variety of different food. We got time to walk around the village. • Amazing James Bond Island Tour with Sawanu Tours

  We had an unforgettable day with Sawanu Tours on their James Bond Island day trip! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Their service was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and well-organized. The tour was well-paced, and we got to enjoy stunning views, explore the island, kayaking and relax along the way. It was the highlight of our trip to Phuket! I would highly recommend Sawanu Tours for anyone looking to book a boat tour around the islands.   Brilliant...Loved the tour..Mr T was full of knowledge and made sure we were safe at all times. The boat crew were lovely and helpful, I am a plus size woman and struggle getting up and off, but I was able to get up with a little help. Our boat wasn't too full but some of our fellow passengers were a little rude at times. The first beach we went to for a swim was lovely nice a safe, nice place to stop, I wasn't thrilled by the James Bond Island. There are all these souvenier stalls some of the stall owners grab you and try to pull you towards their stalls . I find this annoying..The same stuff was on the floating town as well. I wished there was a bit more unique things rather then mass produced trinkets. Or expensive jewelery. Lunch was nice inclusive of most dietary needs. The floating town is mostly small stalls that you can get lost in before you actually get to see part of the town. The private Island beach 2 of our group got stung by jelly fish so was a short stop as everyone was also tired..Low points arriving and departing were very confusing the caos of all vans dropping off then finding which one is yours afterwards.   This was a really well run tour. We went with the kids (14 and 11). The guides were friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinks were plentiful and heaps of food for lunch.

  Great experience!! Very well organised trip and wonderful stops. Special mention to our guide Mimi- very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The boat was excellent, you just need your swimwear, clothes and hat. The rest will be taken care of
