I did this once with friends and once with work. It was a superb insight to what makes Quebec's food culture so special. The Chef took all kinds of questions, and different ones each time. We ate a beautiful range of foods from different cultures. And Chef shared all his hidden spots that an ordinary person would walk by. Def. Top 5 things to do in Montreal.

Going to the market with a chef was an eye opening experience. We learned about history, flavor, and Montreal as a true food culture. Deepest market tour I have done in North America
