The Sunset Safari begins in Albufeira at the end DA the afternoon, where the jeep will meet you to enjoy the tour accompanied POR experienced guides who will share with you all your knowledge about the region, from traditions, history, culture and the beautiful landscapes of the Algarve. The main highlight of this safari is the stunning sunset, from the top DA mountain, with a beautiful panoramic view. Enjoy this magnificent color show accompanied POR this unforgettable moment with a glass DE sparkling wine offered during the tour. Along the way, we passed POR rural paths between various plantations DE fruit trees, crossing villages where we stopped to taste local products such as honey and medronho "Fire water".

What To Expect
Albufeira
Meeting point and departure for the tour. From Albufeira we will leave for the tour, we will find the traditional Algarvian houses. On the way we will see irrigation systems used by the former farmers of the Algarve and many of them still from Roman times.
Paderne Castle
Visit to the castle of mediaval time, the castle of Paderne is one of the castles of the Portuguese national flag. Castle from the Moorish era, when the Arabs still dominated the Algarve. In this place we will enjoy the beauty around us.

5.00My kids loved the ride in the back of an open jeep (actually an UMM truck) and we were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous sunset A gazillion photos, selfies, pics, snaps,, etc. were taken. The driver was super friendly and accommodating making the entire experience easy to enjoy.

5.00It was an absolutely great experience! We had Rui as our guide and amazingly there were only two of us on the tour. He told us a lot and it was very funny! We even got fresh oranges from the tree and the spot for sunset is awesome! Absolute recommendation and worth every cent!

5.00This is the second tour we have taken with Sergio, who is the owner of the tour company and yet again we are glad we did. On this occasion we were able to get entry into the castle, which was closed on our last tour. Sergio is a natural guide and as well as having a lot of knowledge he makes everything fun. Due to the fact that there has been very little rain in the area this year, the waterfall was dry but he filled the gap with other points of interest and we got to visit the Windmill also. We also visited a small farm where we purchased the most fantastic Honey. We feel the trips are excellent value as well as great day out. Thank you Sergio

5.00We, 18 year olds, with 4 experienced a wonderful day with guide Fred, we were picked up at our apartment where we stayed, which was free. We learned a lot about the region and its history, which sounds boring, but was very interesting, even for us. It was a pleasant ride and the guide was super, thank you very much for this. If we had the chance, we would definitely do it again!

5.00Had a morning trip with Wife and two teens. All of us totally enjoyed the trip. Pick up for our hotel was on time. And our guide for the day José who was great and very informative. We visited the ruins of an old castle, working restored windmill, and even had time to stop off for a refreshing dip. All the time travelling off the beaten track through the countryside. Recommend this trip for anyone who wants to see the real Portugal away from the seaside towns.

Half day jeep safari tour to medieval castle ruins (amazing views of countryside), tasting local produce of almonds, honey and oranges from rural farm, beautiful picnic & swim area, and spectacular views of the Algarve countryside from highest point in the hills. Amazing day out for myself and teenage son. Miguel our driver and tour guide made the trip....really nice guy, and very informative. It was like spending the day with one of your close friends. Great character and an asset to your company. Highly recommend this tour.
