Our tour guide, Atys, was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of important information about each place we visited, and was extremely helpful. The tour included opportunities for hiking and exploring some of the sights both independently and together as a group. Our tour guide was very clear about what to expect at each stop. This was an excellent experience.

1. Great itinerary. Visited many interesting places, enlightening experience. Lunch at a local restaurant where we tried fresh seafood such as abalone (best tasting). 2. Tour guide Hays is very nice and helpful. She helped us enjoy the tip.

We had a nice day and enjoyed all the activities we did on this tour. It was a great way to see all the main highlights of Jeju in just one day. However, we felt that the tour was very rushed by the guide who appeared stressed. And, at one spot the guide left 4 out of 12 people on our tour behind who were slightly late for the meeting time at one of the activities mid tour. They had to organise their own transport to the next stop which was tricky since transport is limited in the area. Everyone else on the tour was flexible and appeared happy to wait for them, so there was no pressure from us to leave them behind. From this point on, we noticed everyone else was on edge about the timings of the bus departures and were slightly concerned about also being left at one of the stops, which contributed to the stress of the day. Overall the tour was great to see the sights but the atmosphere was not the best.

This was the first thing we did on Jeju island, as it was my wife and I’s first time. We really liked our tour guide, Hays, who was very knowledgeable on the island and kept us on the timeline. It can get frustrating when other tour members are late at every stop and make everyone else wait for them, but this tour respected everyone’s time and would leave promptly at each stop (loved this a lot). I think this is perfect for first timers, you get a good taste of Jeju and get inspiration of where to go next! We ended up revisiting some of the spots on the tour because we had such a great time and wanted to spend more time there. Thanks Hays, we appreciate you taking good care of us!

Terrible a tour in the south and you will be picked up in the north. 40 km taxi and then go back the same 40. In addition, the locations are not really worthwhile if nothing is told and you get "free time". Points get ragged and it doesn't make sense. Finally, the guide keeps repeating everything 60 times, until you get a headache and forget the beginning of the conversation. In short, you better arrange something yourself instead of doing this tour. Am I that negative? Yeah, about this one. In Busan had a tour also from Viator, pricey, but great. This tour terrible!!!

This was a great trip with lots of physical activity, walking Uganda down hills and stairs. The driver was safe. The guide was good at communicating and sticking to the time. She was also great at being available for questions and other supports.

We enjoyed this trip very much. Cindy was our guide and was great. The variety of sights made the trip very enjoyable. We were able to see apart of the Isnad we otherwise would have missed. I would highly recommend this tour.
