Experience the JFK tragedy firsthand. This fascinating tour begins with a visit to the aesthetically simple, Kennedy Memorial; a thoughtful piece of art; the space is intended for reflection and remembrance.
Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark District
Visit Dealey Plaza; a public park in downtown Dallas and the site of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. As you walk through Dealey Plaza with your Tour Guide, learn about the Presidential motorcade route and stop at the infamous Grassy Knoll, where bystanders heard gunshots. Learn about the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (which commemorates the life and legacy of JFK); now located within the building formerly known as the Texas School Book Depository. See the “corner window” used by the alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald. Hear details of key evidence, the Warren Commission Report, the role of the Secret Service Agents, eyewitness accounts, the Zapruder film and discuss the conspiracy theories. Depart Dealey Plaza and trace Kennedy’s presidential limousine's route to Parkland Hospital; where questionable decisions were made in the midst of the crisis. Hear accounts from the ER doctors, the tragic moments Jackie Kennedy experienced and the welfare of severely injured Governor Connally. In route, you will stop at the Dallas Trade Mart, where JFK was schedule to be the guest of honor and deliver a speech at a luncheon hosted by Dallas dignitaries.

5.00This was our first trip to the area. We were very happy with the process. I was skeptical about booking online, so I called and got to speak to Rebecca who was very helpful and informative. Great communication regarding tour day. Erin was our tour guide and was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Even suggested local bbq for dinner that was great. We will definitely use them again.

5.00This was an excellent tour by Rebecca, who was so thorough and knowledgeable, not to mention gracious with her time. I would highly recommend this tour (or one of the longer ones) to anyone who wants an objective narrative about the known facts to compare to the myriad of theories surrounding JFK's assassination. Seeing the actual sites where key events unfolded, hearing about the people involved (or allegedly so), and learning the history was a real eye-opening experience. While the story is a indeed a heavy-hearted one, we had a great time learning about it. With greater knowledge, we can continue to reflect, ponder, and weigh in on one of the most controversial events in American history. Thanks Rebecca. Outstanding!

5.00Brilliant tour with Rebecca, very knowledgeable about the events that happened in Dallas, happy to answer lots of questions about the theory’s that have existed for almost 60 years. Very generous with her time (we ran slightly over). Rebecca’s knowledge also comes from having met people that were there that day, which gave a wonderful insight to the confusion and pandemonium that ensued after the shooting

5.00Absolutely amazing!! From my first interaction with Rebecca to our 5 hour tour with Erin, every interaction with them was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When we met Erin the morning of our tour, she was dressed professional, her clean Lexus SUV was comfortable to ride in, she was patient with our children, she was knowledgeable and had great skills with explaining things to us. Highly recommend!!!

5.00It was one of the highlights of the trip for me! I could have enjoyed it for 3 more hours, I didn’t want it to end. Rebecca’s passion for the city of Dallas and the story of JFK’s death was so apparent, and I appreciate the way she shared the facts yet hold space for all the mystery and unknowns.

5.00My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Rebecca, Discover Dallas Tours owner and tour guide. We had already known a lot about the events of that fateful 1963 day having lived through it, but we learned a lot more from Rebecca! She was professional, pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She was also punctual and generous with her time. Before booking this tour, I researched many reviews of all JFK/Dallas tours. I decided to take a chance on Discover Dallas Tours , and I'm so glad I did!
